Brought my cat here for international pet health certificates to move to the UK and the staff was incredibly accommodating, kind, took time to explain everything to me, and handled everything perfectly and professionally. It was a very stressful process and they made it quick, easy, and painless as possible. I loved the staff so much that my whole family is transferring to this vet. I am here for a checkup with my dog now and they are just as amazing with him (and he is not a people person!). They are kind, clearly very caring and invested in your furry family member, take time to explain everything to ease any concern- the experience has just been perfect. Couldn’t recommend this place more! And the health certificate was the best price in the Houston area :) happy accident we found these amazing people. We specifically have been dealing with Dr. Coatney and Sarah and they are exceptional! Literally brings tears to my eyes how much they care about our pets.

Today three of our dogs had a visit to the Kingsland clinic. I really liked how the staff friendly and thoroughly explained all the nuances of both health and payment, which allows us to systematically prepare for the necessary procedures. also, my Labrador’s name is Schrödinger, in honor of the quantum physicist Erwin Schrödinger, and the doctor Courtney Low-Dougan, the first person in Schrödinger’s entire life who understood the reference and paid a compliment) is very nice) We are totally satisfied with today's visit and will definitely come again

This is by far the best Veterinarian Clinic in West Houston. Highly Recommend. Our dog Ollie's quality of life has enhanced so much from Dr. Low's effective & individualized treatments for Ollie. We are grateful for the determination and genuine care we've received at Kingsland Boulevard Animal Clinic and the results we've received. Their efforts have meant everything to us and have been a key factor for our Dog's health and well-being being. The difference in Ollie's life has been incredible. Thank you so much! ❤️🐕

I have brought my Frenchie here since she was a puppy and we have never had problems. The doctors, techs and staff are always attentive. The prices are reasonable and the hours beyond convenient. Now that we have a kitten in the family we will be coming here for her too.

BEWARE! do not come here. I called & explained that I believed my pet was in pain around her foot & they quoted me around 79-90 dollars for an exam (never mentioning the possibility of an ultrasound) so I made the appointment since it was the fastest one available. They did an ultrasound on my dog without asking for my moms permission & charged her over 100 dollars for it. I hope there’s nothing actually wrong with her for the amount of money yall took WITHOUT ASKING IF IT WAS OK. I will find out which technician did this & update this review so yall watch out for them. Update: Her name was Sarah & when I went to the clinic to get the receipt, the person who I spoke to on the phone about the charge was talking loudly about how upset I was & how even though I said I know it wasn’t her fault, “I was acting like it was”. At least be quieter next time so i can’t hear you all the way in the lobby, very unprofessional.

Wish all vets were like Dr. Steve Chen. I've had a fairly healthy rescue Weimaraner and all she needed was a yearly checkup and vaccines. Fast forward once my dog turns 14, we had complications with her arthritis. A different vet suggested I do painful biopsy with 0 solutions once we got the results. I explained to the vet with her age at 14 I didn't want to put her through any painful process 😢 I paid again for a 2nd opinion/evaluation with Dr. Steve Chen, it was the best decision ever. He prescribed few drugs for her arthritis and she did so much better. Fast forward when she is 15, I called him to see if we had additional options as she was in pain and couldn't move at night (at this time she was special diet + monthly shots + daily meds). He had full empathy and explained how I had limited options as she is a really old dog. When and if I have to make the ultimate decision for my dog, I would only trust that with Dr Steve and no one else. He had truly earned it Thanks Dr. Chen for being so incredibly compassionate
