Ask for Summer! She's is the MOST knowledgeable person I know when it comes to my kids (animals). Always helps out when we need something and isn't someone just trying to raise the bill to get more money. She truly cares for every animal that walks (or has to be carried when they're scared) through those doors! Only person that will look at an aggressive dog and able to love them and calm them down! So ask for Summer!

I was due to pick up my three pups at 8 am Saturday morning and my husband and I were headed that way when we were involved in a major 5 car accident and my car was totaled though my husband and I were ok - other than cuts and abrasions. I called Pet Medical Center and was unable to reach anyone so left a message but later that day my daughter was able to pick up the dogs for me and the staff was very understanding and helpful. I will board my dogs there again because of that and I was happy to get them back safe and healthy!! They would have kept them longer if necessary they said. Very professional staff and clean facilities mean peace of mind for my husband and myself!! Thank you!!

I have been looking for a new vet with my baby and am so glad I decided to try this clinic! She gets nervous around new people and especially in vet offices, but the technician that helped us was awesome! Her name was Cheyenne and she was so patient with both of us. She took her time and made us feel calm and listened to the concerns I had. The vet was good too, but Cheyenne really did an amazing job. We will definitely be making this our regular vet office!

We have been taking our pets here for years! From annual check ups to emergency visits they have been nothing but great, especially Summer Ellis. She is so sweet and very caring towards our animals. I highly recommend this place !

We’ve brought our boy here for over 7 years and although I was nervous to change vets, I’m thrilled to have found a much more accommodative, supportive vet in the area. Since Dr. Cruz’s departure from the clinic, their quality of staff and service has greatly declined. From being told to medicate my dog to make it easier for the DOCTOR (not the stress it actually brings to my boy, who has anxiety around all the new faces each visit) to their hours constantly changing to accommodate the dr’s who aren’t truly dedicated to their patients. Being told, “it’s spring break and it’s difficult to get physicians to work full days this week” was probably something not to tell a client desperately trying to get their pet seen. Do better, our fur babies deserve better than what this place has turned into.
