What a great group! This was the absolute best first experience with a new clinic. I came with my daughter for her cat and I’ll definitely be bringing mine here. Very compassionate, warm and welcoming atmosphere and everyone we encountered was friendly, knowledgeable and caring. I wish I could give 10 stars!

This place was simply amazing. Every single staff member was among the nicest people you could ever meet. Dr. Duff was so amazingly kind to our bunny Coco during the consultation to get him neutered. Dr. Jeba did a flawless job with the procedure. I can’t say enough great things about this clinic.

Had to take my baby girl shihtzu in for an emergency after she injured herself. The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating to squeeze us in on an emergency basis, and we were new patients. Our original vet could not fit us in on a Saturday. Dr. Duff took his time to examine Priss thoroughly, but did not rush to order expensive tests that were unnecessary at this juncture. He set out a conservative treatment plan for my pup and took time to explain canine spinal anatomy, the potentially herniated disc, and potential paths forward. I left feeling much better and Priss is already showing signs of improvement. I will go to Cross Creek for all my future shihtzu needs!

Cross Creek Veterinary Hospital is a lifesaver for our furry family member, Logan. When he was referred for a bowel obstruction surgery in July, they didn't hesitate and got him in immediately. The entire team was incredibly kind and attentive. Logan showed improvement overnight after the surgery. A few days later, when we faced some post-surgery issues, they once again acted promptly, adjusting his medication and reassuring us. The dedication of the doctor and staff is truly remarkable. At the 10-day checkup, Logan had already bounced back, gaining weight and looking like his healthy self. Thanks to them, Logan's life was saved, and we couldn't be more grateful. My 3 year old female cat Coco was not eating nor drinking normally, not playing as usual and was obviously sick . Dr. Chen examined her and was able to determine that she had no obstructions in her stomach, gave her a shot and medicine and after, she immediately started to feel better! She ate a bit and gradually started being herself again! Thank you Dr. Chen! In addition, all the staff is super friendly, efficient and understanding and the facilities are so modern, clean and cute, and they don't charge you to cover their nice place in your bill! :) I recommend Brixton to everyone! 5 stars! please keep up the good prices and excellent service!
