New to the area and unneeded a new vet for my 10year old pug. They were super kind and I didn’t feel rushed out the door. They em took the time to explain everything to me. They did not try and sell or force anything on me that I did not need. They gave me options and also took the time to explain the medications I was given and why the medications prescribed were the best fit for our situation. They took the time to show and explain to me how to administer the medications as well. The Veterinarian had years of experience and very knowledgeable explaining what was going on with my pug and possible causes. The technician was also so kind and helpful and really cared about me and the pug. Very comforting. Another great aspect of this well established clinic is they are affordable and they give you options of what everything will cost giving me the option to choose what I could afford. Letting me know which procedures needed to be done to get my pug well and then letting me know what items could wait until another time. I will only be using them Freon now on.

Becky is hands down the best groomer. She loves my dog as if her own. She takes such good care of all the animals. Although we didn't see a vet this time, they are top notch!

My Bichon was severely bitten at a local doggie day care. When I arrived the team was ready to take action in treating my dog. Time was critical to evaluate the seriousness of the injuries. Ultimately his injuries required transporting to a trauma center "VEG" off 99/ Highland Knolls. He spent 2 days in the ER. My dog is home now and its expected to be fully recovered within the next 3 months or so. But I'm grateful for the quick response from the team at CRVH.

I am not sure how to review a place that so good in scamming people! Make sure to understand that their comprehensive exam is not comprehensive and typically you have to pay for every single exam above and beyond!! They also charge you waste fee! Not to mention that when you argue certain expensive tests they simply drop it and claim that the test is not needed at this stage! If not needed then why doing it? Absolutely a very well trained scammers!
