I brought in a small kitten that I had just found in a parking lot and knew that the kitten needed desperate attention. They were helpful enough to get them in to be seen, but I knew initially he had an upper respiratory infection and eye infection. Lord knows what else was wrong with the poor kitten… however, they noticed first off, that he had ringworm on him. The vet had confirmed that he had a ringworm, asked me why I didn’t have a carrier for the cat when I had just found the cat. They were quite rude and dismissing my concerns such as upper respiratory infection and conjunctivitis, they gave me medicine for ONLY the ringworm and rushed me out the door noting that my bill was $142 for just this one thing they clipped his toenails checked him for ringworm and gave him medicine and charged me $142 . Highway robbery is wonderful phrase to relay what an inconvenience my newfound pet was to this facility . The fact that I was rushed out, told that he had ringworm and he had no concern for his other issues that needed to be treated was very bothersome and I feel ripped off completely 100% because they didn’t address his underlying issues nor did they take concern. They didn’t listen to his lungs, or notice his shallow and rapid breathing nor his shivers from the possible pain he was in due to a possible injury… they didn’t follow any of the normal medical protocol or procedures you would do to examine a kitten that’s under duress. A full day later, I had to take the kitten to emergency care because they ignored the reason I brought the kitten in to begin with. Everyone else might actually be happy with the services they receive here. I’m hoping they’re longtime clients but the experience I had as a first time client made me want to cancel the secondary appointment I made for his follow up. I will be taking him to my normal veterinarian from now on, I do not recommend this veterinarian due to how easily they quickly dismissed me and my For this very ill kitten. The emergency vet took care of my overall concerns for the health of this little baby I picked up out of a parking lot. Maybe next time someone comes in with an urgent need to be seen hoping to establish a new veterinary relationship for the rest of my animals, don’t be so hasty to get me out the door and OVER CHARGE me for the minimal services I was requesting and the kitten was in need of.

The owners are Amazing people that care about not just the people they are very kind and gentle with your fur-babies. I've taken so many rescues to them as well as my own babies and it's worth the time! They are the most reasonable priced clinic I've ever used!

I needed a place to help me spay a semi-feral cat at an affordable price as I couldn’t get in anywhere else within a reasonable time frame. Not only were they able to get me in, but they were affordable and friendly. The cat was spayed without complications, and when I had her stitches removed today it looked as if she hadn’t even had a surgery because she healed so well! I am super pleased with this clinic so far and will now be bringing my other pets here for exams when needed. Thank you so much to Beth for helping me and “Stripey”. Although bittersweet for me as I may never see her again, after 3 long months she is very happy to finally be back outside. 🥲

I love this place Beth and Abraham are wonderful caring people who love animal's. I take my dog's there because they love what they do. I do not trust just anyone with my furbys. It shows how much compassion and love they have and I am forever greatful for them.

We love Sam’s. We have two rescue kitties and a dog, and they’ve done right by all our pets. Easy to get an appointment, reasonable prices, super friendly couple running the place. So glad we found Sam’s.

I called the clinic to inquire about the prices of some of their services. However, the lady on the phone was rude. As soon as I asked for prices, I could hear she wasn't happy. She kept saying she couldn't give me exact prices on the services without seeing my pets in person, which I completely understand. But when I was trying to ask about a general price range for the services, she kept cutting me off, saying she couldn't speculate, that's she's not a doctor. Then, I tried to move on and ask about how the dental process goes so that I can have some peace of mind before I take my cats to them. But she kept cutting me off by repeating that she couldn't speculate about the prices, without even giving me a change to ask other questions. My rating is not for the vet's services, since I've never been there. But simply with my negative experience with the lady on the phone, it doesn't inspire confidence in me to trust them with my cats' well-being. To me, it demonstrates lack of patience and listening skills, which I consider important qualities at a place that takes care of others' well-being. I actually called them because, based on all the great reviews, they seemed like the perfect fit for me and my cats. But I'm going to be moving on to a more hospitable clinic.
