Description Dr. Mike Frizzell, graduated from Mansfield High School in 1982. In 1990, he received his doctorate in Veterinary Medicine from Texas A&M University and has practiced in Arlington ever since. He also got married in 1992 (Big Year!), and has been happily married ever since. He has 2 daughters, 1 dog and 2 cats. He enjoys working out, aquascaping in his fish tank and playing 8-Ball, at his favorite pool hall.

Not sure how this guy stays in business. For the past 2 years he has cancelled over 8 appointments with us for our dogs. Always a new excuse. While we feel he is a great Vet . . . we will never make another appointment with him. Simply not worth the hassle.

Dr. Mike is great with our dogs and this clinic has affordable pricing, but the last few appointments, he has cancelled because he is out ill. I understand being ill, but I really think Dr. Mike needs to get another Vet to come in and back him up when he is out ill. I'm hoping the owner can see this post and will do something about all the cancellations that have occurred recently. Please get someone else in here to help when Dr. Mike is out!

Called me to reschedule multiple times. Doctor hasn’t shown up. Don’t go here if u value your time or have a job because you will be taking off for no reason. They will cancel on you Maybe the doc should retire if he has lots of issues showing up to his job. Seems to have multiple reviews with these issues 🙄 I wish I would have looked prior. Anyway Gully Animal Vet is around the corner on cooper st. and amazing and got me in same day

Brought my kitty in as an emergency visit cuz my regular vet couldn't get me in, well Dr. Mike is AMAZING!!!!! There was no wait, he came right in and was very personable. Great guy and knows what he is talking about! I would def recommend anyone to come see him!!

Tracked 1st

If I could give no stars I would. They call you 20 minutes prior to appointment to let you know the doctor didn't make it in today. And then after looking at reviews this seems to be a much bigger issue as all of there 1-2 star reviews say this. The doctor can't seem to make it to work more times then not and its at the expense of us who have to work. Theres not even a sorry about our inconvenience or anything just them trying to reschedule for 5 days away. Insane, and when asked if he would make it the following appointment you ar hung upon by Tonya. Doesn't get. more unprofessional then that. If you schedule an appointment make sure u take multiple days off because they can't seem to show up.

Absolutely rude as they can get. Called me 30 minutes before my appointment to let me know that the vet didn’t make it in and they need to reschedule after I had already taken off of work. Then Tanya wants to hang up in my face because she doesn’t have any skills to handle customers who are not happy with her rude behavior. If they treat customers this way I’d be scared to leave your dog with them. There’s a reason they are running specials constantly (because nobody wants to go to this facility.)
