We have had to delay dentistry for our cat after he had a hepatic lipidosis scare last Fall. He's overweight and although he's on a weight loss plan, he's still high risk for anesthesia. This first visit here, before dental surgery with Dr. Bloom, was specifically for a physical with an I-20 veterinarian, Dr.Billen. Dr. Billen was terrific. I was already prepared for an expensive visit as our vet had indicated that they would be drawing extensive blood work and doing x-rays pre-op. Dr. Billen explained everything thoroughly though. Ultimately, we were told that our furry family member is healthier than we are except for his teeth and his weight. Well worth knowing and paying for and being assured that he's ready for surgery. Our bill? $743.25. Dr. Billen called us when the lab results came in and answered any other questions we had. Staff were enthusiastic and found a wagon to put our cat carrier in to roll in the big guy. As they say, I would totally recommend for these types of services.

I-20 Animal Medical in Arlington TX is a good place to take your fur baby(ies). They provide good services from in-house overnight stays to pet foods, pet care (AMAZING) and the services start the moment you walk in the facility. The desk staff are kind and considerate and everyone including the staff of Vets and technicians are (AMAZING) place.

I spent more than 400 dollars yesterday in this clinic to see what was going On with my 6 week old kitten ! All the test they ran were pretty much negative or inconclusive we were never told exactly what was wrong with him ! I called back today because he seems to do be doing a bit better but he hasn’t wanted to eat much I figured maybe if I call that they could help me figure out a solution or maybe some sort of advice as to how to make him want to eat ! I got nothing I was told to just bring him back in and spend more money after spending hundreds yesterday without even getting any actual Answers. As an animal lover this just truly breaks my heart because I just want my baby to be better.The veterinarians that helped me out yesterday tried their best They were nice to me took good care of my kitty regardless of them not being able to figure out what was actually going they still tried their best ! But the person I talked to On the phone today Very much lacked compassion for my poor kitty and it’s very sad I more than likely would not be coming back to this clinic .

I-20 medical center thank you for being so caring and considerate and proficient in taking care of Charlie. Charlie and her grandmother thank you so much.❤️ My daughter left her cat with me (her mom)until she could come back and get her… the cat has not been spade so I panicked when she went to go outside and stepped back and broke her little leg.😫 The staff was very caring and I can’t say enough on how much I appreciate the time they spent with me and taking care of Charlie. Please don’t stop being Awesome!!⭐️

Thank You so Much for your help! Especially when another emergency hospital wouldn’t. Y’all were so kind and rushed to helped as soon as we walked in the door and rushed him to the back straight away. The wait was minimal. And the Dr’s were on target. We were there maybe an hr. Great Job guys. If I need you again I will surly come back. Thanks. Bunch for taking care of pup! Update: I just wanted to add. My pup had one eye moving to the right and his mouth was drooping on the right side. His gum was on the outside of his lip. Then he couldn’t stand on his own. Unbeknownst to us at the time he was having a stroke. We found this out going to our Vet back home. Strokes seem to be rare in pups so we didn’t catch it. He is blind in one eyes but the paralyzation seems to be correcting itself a little. His right eye won’t blink so I have to put ointment in it throughout the day but other than that he is just fine. God is so Good!

Our family uses the I-20 Animal Medical Center as our regular vet clinic. Our most recent visit was an annual check up for our two cats, and it went so well! Since this facility is also an emergency clinic, sometimes appointments get pushed back if emergencies come in, which is completely understandable! However, this visit went smoothly and we were able to start at our appointment time. Dr. Kraft was amazing with both of our cats and took such care with them and also took the time to talk to us about their health. The technician assigned to us was also wonderful and so sweet with both kitties. The bill was very reasonable and we were extremely happy with our visit!
