I absolutely love TCAP. The affordable prices make owning pets so much easier to do. I will continue to bring all 5 of my fur babies. Staff is very knowledgeable and professional. The only thing that would make visits so much better would be if they would follow the order of arrival that your paperwork has when you receive it. Either way, you move up rather quickly in the line.
Amazing!! All I can say is this place is amazing. Yes, the lines are long and you do have to wait for a while, but the staff was so helpful I went here to the Arlington location. Becca and one other staff member (Female) which I didnt get her name was beyond so helpful. I've rescued a couple Pitbulls and they probably were never socialized they were left behind by my Neighbor. Bentley my Pitbull we took for his shots was very jumpy and aggressive towards other Dogs and the staff accommodated me and helped me still get my Pitbull his shots! These two women (Staff) were so nice and went above and beyond I will be taking them a Starbucks Card each for helping me because I almost left and skipped the shots for Bentley being I was so scared the two staff said no we will help and they did! Yay! Bentley got his shots, heartworm testing and tags we are good to go for a year! Thank you TCAP.. 😊
Used to be, you had to stand in long lines and fill out the paperwork. Now, you can download filled out paperwork to print and take with you. Then they assign you by letter and number when it's your turn! It is very efficient, and they work tirelessly to vaccinate as many animals as possible! It's amazing to watch them work! They do a great job with low-cost vaccinations! I've been going for years and highly recommend them.
I love this place for my fur baby. They always give me the best service and most importantly it is affordable. I moved here over 1 and a half ago and TCAP has taken care of our vet needs. I have the monthly subscription for vaccines and preventatives. It helps keep my fur baby up to date on vaccines. Thank you for your service.
** See below for 2nd visit review ** This visit earned ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️From the moment we walked in, we were impressed by the warm and welcoming atmosphere of the clinic. The staff members were not only friendly but also incredibly efficient in managing the check-in process. This made a significant difference because typically we are provided a letter followed by a number to identify our place in line. On this day, there was a very short wait but there wasn’t a long line. The low cost of the vaccinations, the knowledgeable, friendly and skilled staff that displayed genuine care for our fur babies and the clinic's cleanliness and organization were highly commendable. It's evident that the TCAP team takes pride in maintaining a clean and comfortable environment for both pets and their owners. Thank you for offering exceptional service and affordable vaccinations. You've earned our trust, and we’ll gladly recommend your clinic to fellow pet owners. TCAP offers low cost per vaccinations, heartworm prevention meds, dental, spay & neuter services and more. Visit Texasforthem.org for more information. *** 9/12/23 *** The veterinarian was EXTREMELY impolite. He referred to our Yorkie as a monkey. Upon entering the room to administer vaccinations to our 9 week old pups, he was asked to disinfect the dirty unsanitary scale, the loud sigh afterwards was a sign that he was very annoyed. This had to be the worst experience ever! It was difficult to watch the Veterinarian treat everyone else with respect and show concern for their pets. I was in total disbelief and extremely disappointed by the level of service received from the Veterinarian on duty today. If you’re having a bad day, stay at home. If you don’t like someone for whatever reason, get over it and treat everyone with kindness and respect. This most certainly was not the level of service we expected from a TCAP employee. We’re so very disappointed.
Thanks 😊 🫂 for getting all my boys up to date on shots and their heartworm ❤️🪱🦟 flea and tick medication. Now they can play all day in the yard and not worry about nasty ectoparasites. - xoxo Cujo 🐕, Gizmo🐶 & Rocky🐶
