After searching several years for a good Vet we’ve finally happened upon Dr. Gray at Southwest Animal Hospital in Parma Hts. From the friendly office staff to the caring Dr. and reasonable prices, we love it here. We have a Russian Blue cat, a rough coat collie and a border collie. It’s been easy to get them in and Dr. Gray is wonderful with each of their diverse personalities. So happy we’ve found them!

We have been with them for a few years , then hes sick an we was 13 minutes late and they wouldn't see us. So i was expressed my frustration , by saying this is ridiculous because of 13 minutes late and didn't even yell. So they dropped our pet by saying we wasn't happy with them . So don't express your feelings if you don't want to get dropped

I'm new to this city & needed to be closer for help for my 2 pets. Dr Soto Gray Took us in & was very kind. Rudy has since passed away & Pixie is doing well w her skin issues. BEST care ever.

I've been taking both of my dogs to this location since I relocated to Cleveland last July 2022. The care they have received has been fine. The veterinarian is very knowledgeable. The staff could be a little friendlier. There might be two or three staff members at the desk who neglect greet you. Hardly any personal interaction with the staff. A little more friendliness on their part would be welcome after all I have chosen this veterinarian and chosen to spend my money and and trust my dog to their care.

This used to be a great place to take your pets until Dr. Cross retired and the practice was bought by Dr. Soda Gray. My poor cat has suffered from diabetes for the past two years. I called recently because I could tell he was at the end of his road and was hoping to get some information on my options. They informed me that they are VERY busy and could see him in two weeks. I told them I don't think he'll still be with us in two weeks. And he's not. He passed and it was very painful to watch that happen over the course of almost a week. Is that the compassionate care you are talking about? I could go on and on with more stories of their lack of care and compassion. Dr. Cross was very compassionate and you could tell it wasn't about the money to him, he cared for the pets AND their owners. That is not the case anymore. I would never recommend this place or Dr. Soda Gray to anyone.
