A great experience, from beginning to end. Greeted, warmly, upon entering. The lobby is clean,and bright. The colorful artwork brings everything together. If you have an appointment, they put your pet’s name on the welcome board, in the lobby. What a nice touch. There are coffee, and water bottles available. Staff prepared my coffee for me! The exam room had my dog’s name on the door, which I’ve never seen done, at any prior veterinary clinic. We felt special! They gave my dog lots of treats, to get him acclimated. There was even a toy mat, smeared with peanut butter and other treats, meant for them to eat, and stay calm, while being examined. Relaxing music is played, in the rooms as well . My dog is older, and can be nervous sometimes, but he did great. The overall cost was appreciated. I thought the price tag would be much worse, than it actually turned out to be, which was a pleasant surprise. Will absolutely be bringing him, and my cat here, in the future. Thank you!

This veterinarian clinic is a 5***** experience!! The staff are professional and courteous and very friendly!!! Dr Jones is awesome and great at what she does, which is helping our furry love ones to be healthy and happy. I recommend this awesome clinic to everyone that wants the best for their pet... very clean,organized, professional and all around awesome!! Thank you Dr Jones and staff 😊😊😊

Very welcoming and personable environment. I was nervous about how my new skittish cat Lolly might behave at the vet, but Dr. Jones’ office had equipped her check-up room with treats, and soft blanket with catnip. Dr. Jones, and her assistant were so reassuring and I feel relieved my baby is in great hands.

They were so catering! The whole staff was so nice. We immediately got welcomed and had a room ready for my cat a blanket filled with treats and catnip it. was a early morning appointment it wasn’t busy. They were so patient with my cat when examining her. Dr jones was very informative with my cats symptoms and when they emailed me my kitty’s medical records they put tips on how to make cats get along as I explained our situation with my hubby’s cat. The clinic was great! I will continue to take my kitty if any problem occurs, although I do believe they should have a receptionist taking care of the calls and appointments as the the rest of the staff get busy because when I come to the clinic I don’t see a receptionist. Second update they are the best 🥰they had everything ready for my cat to accommodate her. You can tell they really care for their patients that come into their care.

I don’t even know where to begin with expressing my gratitude for Dr. Jones and her team. We have never met, but this past weekend, my absolute best friend in the entire world, my baby boy Obi, unfortunately passed while receiving an emergency surgery at this clinic. My partner’s mother and step-father had rushed Obi to the clinic, after checking on him while my partner and I are away on a trip. We had left town Saturday morning, and they stopped by Sunday to check on Obi. When they found Obi in our apartment, limp, and non-responsive, they searched for the nearest clinic open on a Sunday, which happened to be Dr. Jones’s. When they arrived, they were told Cleveland Veterinary Clinic was not an ER, and that they would probably have to go somewhere else. But, after taking a quick look at Obi, Dr. Jones decided that she needed to do something, because he wouldn’t make the 30 minute drive to the nearest ER. Obi had unfortunately developed a blocked urinary tract, and the potassium build up put a big strain on his heart. Dr. Jones did everything in her power to save him, something many other vets wouldn’t have bothered with. She tried treatment, and it seemed hopeful at first, but ultimately, my boy’s little heart couldn’t take it anymore. This team went above and beyond, when they absolutely did not have to. At multiple points, they could have refused treatment, but they didn’t. Instead, they proved how much they truly put animals first here, and how well they understand what our pets mean to us. They cried with my loved ones, held their hands, and comforted them in every way they could. I will forever be grateful to this team, and when we bring home our next furry family member, Cleveland Veterinary Clinic will be the first place we take them for care. Thank you Dr. Jones, and thank you to your team. Your compassion you showed all of us, even though we never spoke, means so much.

Very clean place. Very professional and courteous staff..My black cat was nervous and tried to find a place to hide before the doctor saw her but the room ( fortunately for me and unfortunately for New Money) is escape proof. Dr Jones has a very calming demeanor. She explained things thoroughly and ask appropriate questions and I learned a few things about cats I didn't know. Fees were reasonable but since my cat is getting older I think I will invest in some pet insurance. I highly recommend this practice.
