My baby Olive was a patient here. They loved and cared for her. Every time she went in they knew her name and who she was. Olive was diagnosed with diabetes and they walked us through everything that we needed to know to care for her. When Olive passed away, I received a personal card from the staff. I will always be thankful for the staff at Banfield South Euclid.

Banfield is a great hospital for my dog. He has been going there since he was 6weeks old He is now 11 yrs old. I Love his Drs, care team, and even the ones check him in have always been very nice caring and patient with him. My dog is anxious and jump on scale, off scale I appreciate the All the staff at Banfield. It's kind of expensive

This location will have you sit and wait for an hour ++ to pickup or drop off your dog. Everytime the door opens to the back you see 3-4 people standing around doing nothing. Maybe one of these people could be used to take dogs to and from since apparently they are “too busy” to preform the simplest task.

They know my dog & even though they do not give her treats any more, she always greets them. They always concern about her well beign. That is important to me that they treat her like their own.
