I am a first time cat owner and took my kitten Coco in for a visit to establish care. From my initial experience at the reception desk, to Ashley, who did an initial walk-thru, and then Dr. Barnhardt who performed a check-up, I felt comfortable and at home and Coco did, too. They also showed me how to cut her nails so I could do this safely at home. The whole experience was great, and the visit was also highly affordable. I feel lucky to have been referred to the A2 Animal Hospital. Thank you all for making this experience so pleasant and taking such good care of my sweet cat.

My 2 Maine Coones were treated like royalty! I can’t carry them in or out so they did this for me. Kate and Jilly Mack were cared for by Aubrey and Dr. Clark! I love how my 2 sisters are treated and cared for by The Ann Arbor Animal Hospital.

I love this place. I feel confident that my pet is getting the best care possible. They are very thorough. Everyone there is very friendly and you can tell they are all animal lovers. The building itself is beautiful. Clean and inviting.

I brought my siamese cat, Magdalene, here last year for an emergency visit for an intestinal infection. My normal vet ended up retiring in the middle of Magdalene's health crisis, and this clinic became her primary care vet, too. They saw her through the illness and into good health. I'm very impressed with how much support we've gotten and how seamlessly we have been able to make the transition to this office. We have appreciated each vet (3) and tech we have worked with so far. They have so much flexibility/availability which is very helpful. Today was Magdalene's first Wellness visit with Dr. Franklin. We loved her and appreciated how thorough she was and how she explained normal, age related, changes. She also did not fat shame my chunky baby, but validated that she is healthy and that I'm making good choices in how I'm feeding her and explained what to watch for in relationship to weight gain. Everyone was awesome from check in to check out. Magdalene came home exhibiting zero signs of stress. She ate few well deserved treats and took a cozy little nap. Thanks to Ann Arbor Animal Hospital for taking exceptional care of my sweet, spoiled baby. Highly recommend!

I’ve brought all my fur babies to AAAH! They’re loving & kind doctors & staff. I can get non emergency appointments quickly. They’re very thorough with exams. Prices are good. They also have other services like grooming. Drive through Med pickup. We’ll be bring our new English Cream Golden Retriever here in June. Very happy to have this wonderful place for our pets! UPDATE…Here’s our beautiful Padme. She’s getting wonderful care by the loving staff. My daughter who is her momma is loving taking her here. She’s able to ask questions & all the staff again is very helpful. We’re so thankful ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

Good doctors, but difficult to deal with getting prescriptions filled elsewhere. They recently changed their policy to require PHYSICALLY mailing the prescription to Chewy to fill my prescriptions! Chewy would allow me to upload it, but Ann Arbor Animal Hospital requires it to be physically sent in. The doctor didn't even physically sign the prescription, but they are making it harder for their customers to save money by ordering online.
