I brought my ailing kitty in on an urgent basis. I was impressed by their digital queue online, which decreases wait times in clinic, and therefore, the stress on the animal that needs care. The clinic isn’t close to me, but based upon the reviews, I selected them to care for my cat. I was not disappointed! Prices for certain procedures are available on the website, and whichever other procedures or medications your animal may need is outlined prior to initiating their services - that’s pricing transparency, and it’s appreciated. My kitty didn’t require all the procedures initially outlined, so in the end they didn’t have to do everything. They weren’t pushy, nor did they make any attempts to oversell - that’s honesty. **The only thing that surprised me was the price for CPR (should it be required), I am not sure if that’s a standard price across the across the veterinary field, but I thought it was kinda expensive. Having said that, it was a very positive experience, they didn’t over charge, all the staff were very friendly, understanding, knowledgeable, and professional. The clinic was well organized, and designed thoughtfully, with appropriations for privacy, comfort, and low stress environments for patients and their humans/caregivers. Dr. Woodworth helped us and they were very thorough, helpful and communicative - even with several follow-ups and any questions I had - and that’s exceptional service. The vet tech Jason was super friendly and helpful too. This clinic also has a vet that has a good knowledge base for alternative therapies such as Traditional Chinese Veterinary Medicine, and acupuncture - so treatment modalities cover all the bases at AUC. I Would definitely recommend bringing your animal in need of urgent care to this clinic.

This isn’t my first rodeo here me & my pet have been here several times! 😂 all staff here is nice & efficient my wait time is never to long. The building is also kept clean. I also love how you can register your pet online so you’re not waiting in an animal clinic for hours before being seen, you have the option to wait at home until you get a text saying it’s your turn to start heading towards the clinic depending on how far you live. Definitely will recommend this place in case you’re in urgent need of animal care!

Amazing service and staff!! My normal vet was unable to see my cat last minute today and they recommended Animal Urgent Care. I joined the waitlist online, was easily able to communicate with them, got a text telling me when to drive to the facility so my day wasn’t wasted in a parking lot and then when I arrived I was immediately taken to a spacious comfy room where I could let my cat out of her carrier. Registration was electronic and simple and the dr came in so fast. Everyone was so friendly, knowledgeable and really cared. They went over medication and cost options and there was no pressure. Honestly such an impressive experience— a perfect place when your pet is in need!!

We are so thankful for this place and will be back if we ever need urgent care for our pets! We were able to get in the Que very quickly by signing up online and had text message updates. The doctor and vet tech were incredibly kind and we were able to stay with our dog the entire time. They sent us home with what we needed and let us know a report would be sent to her normal doctor for follow up. The office was bright, very clean and inviting. This place is a gem! 100% recommend!

Very efficient and capable clinic. Their check-in process is terrific. We have used them a couple of times. Once for a muscle strain and we were in and out in a flash ~ $150. The other a cut paw needing stitches ~ $650. My dog didn't tolerate the anesthetic well which led to an anxious night (no call center option after closing). I did call back the next day so they could update her records for next time. Overall, I'm very glad we have this urgent care option in our area.

I was so relieved after my visit here for the first time. I was wary at first of a new urgent care clinic, but I could not have been more impressed with this clinic and the staff. The vet tech and veterinarian were outstanding. Their online queue system worked like a charm, and we avoided having to sit in an office waiting to be seen for several hours. This clinic is such an important addition to the Ann Arbor animal care community. And the best part, the day after our visit, my dog is feeling so much better.
