Description We are a full service animal hospital for cats and dogs, where all of our veterinarians work closely together on many cases behind the scenes so that your loved one often gets multiple veterinarians for the price of one! It is very difficult, if not impossible, for a single veterinarian working by themselves these days to keep up with the ever-changing world of modern medicine, not to mention being able to afford the type of training and equipment affordable health care requires. You would be hard-pressed to find people who care more than our thoughtful, hard-working medical team, who are not paid commission, and we are so lucky to have them here at Easthaven. We will treat your animal like they are ours!

This was a wonderful experience! The staff was great, they treated myself and my dog very well. I feel he got almost a more thorough exam because the nurse did it and dictated the entire thing to the remote Vet. An on-site vet came in to do part of the exam as well. Everything was explained very clearly and I was provided pricing for every step. Also the renovation is super cute and charming! I have been coming to Easthaven for over 15 years and I was hesitant with the swap to remote but I will definitely be bringing my dog here again.

I’ve never walked into a more welcoming atmosphere than Easthaven! I have the sassiest girl with the most attitude about being handled and getting shots, but the staff at Easthaven are always so patient and willing to come up with new ways to help my kitty feel safe. Even when I had a slight issue with payment, the owner Terry phoned me and I had the most lovely conversation which lead to a great resolution for the situation. I trust this office to be gentle and take good care of my dog. They are so sweet and competent and patient. No one there has ever been rude or insensitive to me or my dog. They make notes in his chart about how to best handle him so he has a good experience, such as using peanut butter during exams and shots to distract him and using really light restraint to keep him in place since slightly more restraint makes him panic. He’s a golden retriever who is always excited to be there, and they are excited to see him too, which just makes me feel so happy. They take the time to explain everything well, and I never feel pressured or guilted into anything. They aren’t perfect, but I am very satisfied with them and highly recommend. They have good appointment availability and seem to always run on time in my experience. The office isn’t full of the sounds of distressed animals like some vet offices are. They also provide great follow up after procedures and such. I don’t think they are the cheapest (although I don’t have any comparisons on this), but I’m in a place where I can afford to pay a little more to make sure my dog has a good experience.

I came to Easthaven because my current vet couldn't get me in for another week! Easthaven got my sick dogs in same-day. I was a little hesitant about it being a remote facility, but we ended up having a great experience. I plan to cancel my wellness plan with my current vet and switching to Essthaven. They all seemed to really love their jobs and my 2 dogs.

This is an amazing animal hospital. The staff truly care about your pet! They are quick to respond to calls and follow up with questions about how your pet is doing. We can't recommend it highly enough!
