One of my dogs had a really bad limp and I didn't want him to go through the weekend in pain. I called my vet of 20 years and they were unable to get us in. I have a friend that uses Ponderosa Vet Clinic and has always said, how wonderful they are. I called, explained my situation and they were able to get my boy in that day. The staff was absolutely amazing and the prices were great. Needless to say, I'll be switching both my dogs over. I highly recommend PVC!

Ponderosa Vet Clinic is by far the bet place I've ever taken any of my animals to. I'm new to the area and have a cat that was straining when using the litter box, refusing to eat or drink ANYTHING we tried to give him. I called and told them the above and I was able to bring him in shortly after I called. Everyone is so insanely nice, people at the front, the vet techs, and I LOVE Dr. Carroll and Dr. Coufal. The prices are fair and I feel they'll work with you if needed. I felt listened to and heard and they answered every question I had about my cat's problems. I've had to bring my cat back in a few times due to my cat continuing to have issues, and every time they've been beyond amazing. I'm so grateful for the compassion they've shown, and I can't stress how great they all are! Robert and I appreciate you!!

All staff and doctors are so welcoming, friendly, and thorough in all the do. Any questions or concerns I have are thoroughly address and I know Logan is getting the best of care. Logan is very comfortable with the doctors and staff also, which speaks a lot to my heart too!

We have been very pleased with the care our two cats have received. The vets are skilled/knowledgeable, kind, and caring, truly valuing each pet and pet parent. The techs have been gentle and loving with our cats at every appointment and the front desk staff are awesome, warm, welcoming, and very organized. A wonderful team!
