I highly recommend House Rescue ltd. Steve(owner)did a phenomenal job in building us our dream space for entertaining and hanging out. We got three bids, and out of the three companies we met with we had the highest comfort level with Home Rescue ltd. After talking to Steve(owner) for a few minutes you could tell that his experience and knowledge in building porches is second to none. We sat down with Steve and explained exactly what we wanted to do and were very detailed about what we wanted. Steve(owner)took the time to explain different details and even made suggestions. Our comfort level with Steve(owner) made Home Rescue ltd. an easy choice. He laid out the costs, and a timeline that helped us in planning our build. Once construction began, Steve(owner) was readily available to answer any questions or concerns as the building progressed. STEVE(OWNER) and his crew are extremely professional. They showed up every day on time, cleaned up after themselves every day, were friendly and hard working. I would absolutely use House Rescue ltd.again without any hesitation. Their work is gorgeous, construction time was completely accurate, and the look and feel of the new deck was beyond what we expected. For years I had a front porch header that was deteriorating due poor initial build by the builder of my house. When I finally got around to trying to get someone to replace it most of the contractors a contacted didn't even respond to emails/text I sent regarding the problem. When I contact House Rescue, Steve responded the same day and came out to evaluate the problem the next day. Steve was very knowledgeable a what was causing the problem, and what needed to be done to repair the problem. Steve and his team were able to start the repairs a week later and when they encountered additional problems that were un expected when they initial gave me the estimate, Steve gave me options and at a fair price. Steve and his team also made repairs to my roof that had been caused by the original builder, and they repainted the trim on my house. I am very happy with the work that was done. Steve was very thorough and wanted to make sure every thing was done right. I would definitely use House Rescue again. He's a great carpenter and all around handy may. I'll keep him on my contact list.

I couldn’t give a better review for a contractor! I have delt with quite a few in my life and none compare to House Rescue. Steve is honest and fair and built me the most amazing second story deck that I confidently feel will last forever. Him and his guys were amazing and most definitely have more projects I’d love to get his help with.

We needed to repair and replace the chimney surround on our VERY HIGH roof, with very little working space on 2 sides. 50% of the contractors I called (all recommended to us) never bothered to respond. The remaining 49.5% declined. One did the easy half of the work and quit. A roofer recommended House Rescue. I called, Steve came out, said CAN DO, and DID. Amazing!! Thanks, Steve. linda

We are so glad we went with House Rescue when we needed some repairs done on our home. We went into the project with a budget, knowing we had to get a few things fixed, and Steve, the owner turned it into a very positive experience. You can tell right away that he is a skilled craftsman. He patiently answered all of our questions and concerns and quoted us an accurate estimate that was much lower than the other places we called. He took the time to really listen to our requests and add some personal touches we had in mind that made the project unique and special, while keeping it well within our budget. All of our friends have been complementing us on how great our place looks and it feels nice to be able to refer them to a local small business like Steve's. We will be calling House Rescue anytime we need help with repairs or want to do a special project. Highly recommend!!
