They just came out to give me an "honest estimate". Jeff was outstanding. He was honest, sincere and extremely helpful. Really rare to find this in this day and age. He knows his wildlife and more. They use organic material as well. My woodpecker dilemma turned out to be superficial. They do give free estimates. I highly highly recommend this company !!!!!!!
