Description Bijou Animal Hospital has been serving central Colorado Springs and the Pikes Peak Region since 1959. You can expect competent and compassionate care for your cats, dogs, ferrets, guinea pigs, rabbits and other small rodents in a comfortable and clean environment. As our client we will treat you like family, as we have the pleasure of caring for pets of several generations of the families that started with us in the 1960's. We will be here when you need us. Our dedicated staff includes six veterinarians with a combined 100 years experience, complimented by outstanding veterinary technicians and support staff. We love what we do, and are committed to provide you the same quality of care that we would expect for our own pets.

Best veterinarian I've ever had to deal with (and we deal with them often with chickens, 4 cats, 3 dogs). The staff is ALWAYS friendly and truly goes above and beyond. We recently had to put down our most handsome Rottweiler in the whole world and they made the process so incredible and even weeks later still let us know they care and how sorry they are for our loss. We've brought in all our animals at the same time and somehow they managed all of us. They have appts relatively quickly for any immediate concerns and they refill prescriptions with ease. I can't say enough positive things about this place thanks to the incredible staff. So, so thankful for them every time.

Absolutely love Bijou animal Hospital! Dr. Meyer and Dr. Curtis are so caring, reassuring, and knowledgeable. I have four morkies and I feel so safe with their care at this facility. Carolyn, who you will often hear on the phone with a sweet voice and helping demeanor, really makes scheduling so easy. She does her best to get you in as soon as possible. She makes scheduling a pleasant experience. Deb, at the front desk, is very kind/warm and explains all medication‘s clearly. All around the staff is amazing! I can’t recommend enough !!!

They helped me when my four legged baby had past. They were very comforting, compassionate and handled Luna Rose with the up most respect, love, caring, very gentle, Attentive, helpful and the technician really listened to every word that I said. She was also my service dog. Luna was 21 yrs old.

All of the staff are incredible at Bijou Animal Hospital. I have a small bichon mix who is moving to Sweden with us in just under a week. Missy is the best front of house leader and is so knowledgeable. She helped us get all the paperwork together for our health certificate. Super great experience here, they all know the importance of our furry family members. I would highly recommend if you’re looking for a vet clinic in the area!

Love this place and their staff! Everyone is so polite and the Drs are very knowledgeable and take the time to listen. I have brought my dog, rabbits and soon my hamster in to see them! They also see cats and hedgehogs and I am sure more! Just give them a call or go online!
