Overall THIS WAS THE BEST PLACE TO LEAVE OUR SICK CAT! We were a bundle of nerves , but the front desk kept us calm and welcome. The staff was very lovely and professional Oh from the moment we walked in the beautiful soul with short colored hair immediately made us comfortable and welcomed us. She works at desk closet to wall. Everyone was amazing, explaining everything and kept us all calm. By time we had to leave our Mindy, we were confident, especially after meeting Vet that Mindy was at the right place to be cared for. Mindy was quite sick . Sent us home a healthy CLEAN cat. I've been to other ER and the condition not always right. This ER did Mindy right!!! The 1st picture shows how congested her nose was. Also Mindy loves steam baths! Her daddy loves her very much as I do! Look how gorgeous she looks now.

The staff were so helpful and kind. They took great care of my cat, Maynard. They were also very understanding with accommodating financial constraints and walked me through all the care options as needed. I am so grateful for the staff and the doctors who assisted us. I truly appreciate Dr Sticker & Dr Becker for explaining my cat’s condition to me and talking to me on the phone for updates on my cat. Also, I did not get her name, but there is a front desk staff member who is blonde & she took my cat’s vitals, showed us to a room with a litter box, went through costs with me, and checked in on us frequently. She was so sweet and caring for my pet and I; and I truly appreciate that during a stressful time. & I appreciate that the staff treated my animal as if it were their own. Thank you!

Tiffany was such an amazing person to us during our emergency visit! Our puppy lacerated his foot and we had a long Mother’s Day up in Colorado Springs but she truly helped us expedite the process. Thank you to all of the staff and the vet who saved our puppy!

Our Border Collie was directed to the ER by our vet for emergency care. The ER was great and stabilize her overnight and setup the transfer of her care to the internal medicine practice located in the same building. I was able to visit her into the ICU with no problems. I would trust them with the care of any of our dogs

During an emergency that required surgery of my two year old standard poodle, the entire experience was caring, supportive and courteous, from the front desk to the veterinarian and each member of the staff. They were both professional and empathetic in such a stressful situation and I recommend them highly.

Staff was absolutely wonderful during our interactions. Everyone seemed happy to help and were all great handling my cat. They were all very friendly and made me feel my cat was cared for and that I brought him to the right place. It appeared they all worked well together and as a team to handle the full and very busy waiting room they had that day. The wait was long but again they had a full waiting room so that is understandable and expected in this type of office/hospital
