AMAZING customer service. It felt like the doctor genuinely cared about making sure our cat was okay and they were VERY transparent with pricing, which I appreciate SO much. If you didn’t want to choose a certain route of treatment due to pricing, there was no judgement or pressure from the doctor or staff. At the same time they communicated what the options were throughout the visit, leaving the final decision to me. The pricing is high but nothing more than any other emergency vet. It’s a scary time if you need to take a pet to an emergency vet and they made it feel so much better. I hope I don’t need to come back but I feel good about having the Uintah Pet Emergency in my back pocket. Definitely recommend!

At a stressful time, I regret not remembering names but the receptionist was very kind and comforting. The veterinary tech was very knowledgeable, patient and compassionate. She was just wonderful! Dr Marek Mrzygloki is extremely thorough. He paid attention not only to the issue at hand but to the complete health of my pet. I can tell he has a heart for animals and wants to give the best possible care to the pet patient. He patiently explained all the health information about my pet. I appreciate him very much and so does my little 13 yr old mini-schnauzer, Noel. She is recovering from pancreatitis and well on her way to a complete recovery. Thank you, God bless you, Dr Mrzygloki and all the staff at Uintah Pet Emergency.

First, Dr.Glover helped my puppy, Frankee, who had an allergic reaction to a rabies vaccine. (Vaccine Site Vasculitis) We got in immed and the tech came and talked to us and took frankee back to the Dr. The EMERGENCY Dr. was back in our room within 10 minutes with thoughts of what was going on with her and what our options were. I think I saw the comment "money mill"... he suggested we consider not doing a few tests as the 1 would cover them all! So, no. They're not about taking your money. They're an ER working hard to save pets lives. Frankee had to have a non major surgery and it was done at a very fair price and I was able to pick her up within a couple of hours! They are so very kind and compassionate at Uintah. I've been seeing Dr Glover since he had just the small office and was so sad he went to the hosp. I'm so thankful that we still have access to him and everybody who works at Uintah!! Frankee is doing awesome and is grateful for you also! A week after Frankee, my lil ol lady got really sick so it was automatic to run her to uintah when nobody could get her in today! Dr Braasch was wonderful with hailee. She was very thorough in her explanations of her blood tests and made sure all was understood and really put our minds at ease! Hailee and I appreciate you and your help! It's been a rough couple weeks with the girls and you guys have been a life saver!!! My stress level is back down thanks to you guys!! Bless your hearts! What yall do is hard work-mentally as well as physically. Don't let the negative ones affect you. There's plenty, like myself, that are beyond thankful for what you do and how you do it!!!

I've taken my dog Nova to Cook Veterinary Clinic from the day we got her. She's coming up on 11 years being seen by the staff at Cook. They have alway been attentive, kind and knowledgable. They work hard to help their patients understand the options for treatment and the associated cost. I highly recommend them.

My wife and I took our cat in with a blocked bladder. In order to unblock the bladder they would need to monitor overnight. We knew we’d be going to another facility after Uintah but decided to just go to the other facility instead. They were so kind and waived our exam fee and called ahead to the 24hr facility. They went over and above what they needed to do and we’re so grateful to have a place like this so close to home.

One of the hardest days of my life happened last week, when my boy passed unexpectedly. I called them not being here before. They came out, grabbed my baby. And gave us there condolences. I went and picked up my boy casino's ashes today. In the most beautiful, box. His footprint and hair. They made this whole process for me and my family. Much easier to handle. I would definitely recommend them,🙏
