Call due to a dog running loose in the rain and the customer service that I received was horrible and unprofessional. The seem as if she was not interested in anything I was saying, cutt me off, rude and I ended up hanging up on her. Thanks for nothing

My grandson was scratched by our family dog, mom brought him to the er because the skin was broken. No treatment received, yet animal control still came took the dog for Quarantine for 10 days. Upon picking him up he had a very bad ear infection that was not treated, and after getting him home now he is sick with Kennel Cough. Poor boy is so lethargic, not eating, coughing and breathing hard and now ill be paying for a vet visit on top of all the money i just spent getting him back home. They did nothing for him but cause problems.

Some how we had a bat in our house. Our cats had probably attacked it. It was on our dark leather couch. Our young granddaughter started screaming and crying I noticed the bat at that point. My husband captured it. An animal control officer, Rhodes, I believe, picked it up. This was Sunday morning Instead of sending it to Brookings he took it up personally. It is Monday afternoon and we know it was negative for rabies. So thankful for the understanding and kindness and the sense of urgency. Praise God for it being negative for rabies

Animal control are you all gonna do something with hidden paradise resort with the dog abuse. There are additional comments on the Dakota news now that he has done shady stuff to other dogs. This man needs to be stopped. Please don't let this go the way side. This man is hurting animals and thinks he is getting away with it. Thanks for reading I hope

Had a dog bite a 5-6 year old child. Had to call animal control. Waited over an hour and they still didn't show up. Pretty much sums up on showing how much they care.

I had to call animal control this weekend for a lost kitten about 5 weeks old. The next day I went to check on her and animal control was very helpful. They had the kitten in a safe area away from all the barking dogs and noise. I was impressed with how they were caring for the animals. I may go back and adopt the kitten when she is off her 3 day hold.
