I have been to quite a few vet clinics over the years, but this one is, hands down, the best! After being turned away a couple of times from my primary vet because they were too booked, the team at Vital was a life saver and was able to get my sick pups in right away. Both times I have been there, my pups and I have been welcomed in by the friendly staff. Dr. Lisa is very knowledgeable and takes the time to explain things and answer questions instead of trying to rush you out. She even took the time to talk with my 4 year old son and show him her pet gecko. You can tell that everyone there loves what they do! I don't feel like people and animals are treated like just a number when they walk in there because they genuinely care for you and your pets like family. I was also impressed that they offer holistic and natural treatments as well. I am definitely going to make Vital Animal Veterinary Clinic my primary vet clinic going forward!

These guys are great. We stayed with them when they took over for Dayton Williams, and we’ve been really pleased. When my pittie was having orthopedic trouble, Dr Lisa went over all the possibilities to make sure he was correctly diagnosed and the correct treatment provided. When medication was required, we discussed cost vs. benefits so I wasn’t destroyed financially, but still made sure my animals received the best care possible. I can’t recommend them enough!

If I could give 0 stars I would. Avoid this place if you want healthy pets. My girlfriend brought a cat into the vet that we found. We kept the cat separated from our cat until we could bring him in. They tested this cat for herpes and told my girlfriend that if she didn’t hear from them by the end of the day, it would be safe to integrate the cats. 4 days later, we got a call saying that the cat tested positive, while they’ve had the results for days. Their consolation was that they’d put the cat down for free. What an absolute joke of a vet. **EDIT** To make matters worse, we got a 2nd opinion from a different vet. Turns out, this cat does not have cat herpes, but is FIV positive. So not only did they give us the wrong results and not call us immediately (results only takes minutes to come back, not days), leading us to expose our other cat to FIV but they offered to euthanize a cat that should never be put down because of a disease like FIV or cat herpes. Will recommend everyone avoids this place since clearly they have no idea what they are doing.

100/10 . for most of your pet needs. customer service=AMAZING. DRS=AMAZING! FRONT DESK LADIES=UUUUHHHHAMAZING!!! Very understanding, knowledgeable, respectful, young ladies in there. I recieved the best customer service in there yesterday and i just really want everyone to know, seriously.... don't waist your time with anyone else.

I have nothing but positive things to say! I have taken my ferrets here twice now and each time I am greeted with smiles and everyone is kind. All my questions and/or concerns are always answered. My ferret just had surgery there and they took such good care of him and it definitely eased my mind knowing he was in caring/loving hands.

Took my dog there for the first time an c been back twice. Did very well with my senior dog that had a surgery. Very friendly and nice staff. Will go bk there. They're very helpful. Got lots of luv for them because they're did wonders for my furr baby. Thanks so much yall!!!!
