My poopatrol technician noticed that my gate was broken. Not only did they provide photos showing me the damage while I am out of town, but took it upon themselves to barricade the gate to prevent the dogs from getting away. This is absolutely above and beyond the service they provide and shows how much they care. 5 STARS!!!!!!!!

Professional, thorough, and sanitary. We expressed reservations about cross contamination between yards for families who may have sick dogs, they responded: “We use an EPA registered disinfectant on all equipment after each property is cleaned. It was created specifically for use in kennels, grooming facilities, veterinary clinics, etc. and targets all known pet viruses and bacteria.” Can you get better than that? Very impressed by their work and happy to know that this task always gets done so we can enjoy our yard and weekends.

I switched to Poo Patrol from another local company here in Sioux Falls, and it's the best decision I could have made! This company is reliable & does such a good job. The technicians all seem to be animal lovers, and even leave my Boxer treats on the porch periodically (which he loves). I tell all of my friends about this company, and am so happy I switched to them.

This is the second year in a row that we've used Poo Patrol for spring clean ups after all the snow melts. HIGHLY recommend. The communication is great & they do such a good job. I tell everyone I know who has dogs about them.
