I had to bring my one year old pup here after picking here up from the groomer and being told she was peeing blood. I truly cannot speak highly enough about the Timberline staff. They were so kind, responsive, and compassionate, I was completely blown away. They took extra time to explain our options, give me details on each one, and answer any questions I had. They so clearly care deeply about their patients (and their caretakers), and are so knowledgeable it made what was otherwise a really scary situation fee so much better because I knew my little friend was in such good hands. Of course I hope I never have to but I wouldn’t hesitate to bring my dog back here if we needed it. Thank you so much timberline for taking such good care of my little buddy.

I cannot say enough about how kind, patient and accommodating the staff is at Timberline. We were visiting from out of town and our dog was bitten on the ear by another loose dog. They were so helpful to stop the bleeding, then perform surgery to stitch it up and provide us with recommendations on how to keep the ear from moving. I was there for quite a while and as it got busier the staff was cool, calm and collect and treated every call/walk in with care and respect. While I hope to never have to use the services again, we were so grateful that they were the closest hospital.

My husband and I had to make an unexpected decision to put our loved one down. We called so many places and it was a Saturday, so it was hard to find anyone open.! We found a recommendation about timberline, veterinarian and learned. It was open 24 hours seven days a week and figured it would be extremely expensive because of their specialty. But it didn’t matter because we had to do the right thing for our loved one (Alpha) It was an extremely hard thing to go through but their whole team was so wonderful and kind! they made us feel like we were with Family. There was no pressure, we were able to stay with our dog as long as we wanted. The prices were really low, and they even sent us a condolences card in the mail that was handwritten. Just want to share that I would highly recommend this hospital and their whole team to anyone even if it’s not an emergency, they’re just amazing! Michelle & Jon C

I brought in my cat after he had been vomiting repeatedly and could not keep food down. I was terrified that he might have a blockage from something he shouldn’t have eaten. The entire staff was SO kind and patient in getting the necessary tests done and explaining next steps. My cat is very wary of strangers but they were able to handle him very professionally and had him out the door and back home in just a couple of hours. He’s fully recovered now and is now back to being a little ball of mischievous energy <3

I took my kitty in to the timberline vet hospital due to him having a really negative and scary reaction to a routine vaccination. Every single person I spoke to was so kind, patient, and knowledgeable. They were clear about what the concerns were, the different levels/aggression of treatment available to me and my kitty, and the opinions of multiple professionals instead of just one. They gave me choices about the treatment (and time to consider what I wanted to do) and were upfront with the costs, were respectful and willing to offer cheaper alternatives when I was concerned about costs. They were also kind to my kitty, which should be a given but they were exceptionally kind and gentle with him, and I felt comfortable with them tending to my cat. I would super recommend them to anyone !!! So happy and relieved to have my cat back home and healthy :)

Brought in a Corgi who got wounded early Xmas Eve morning. They triaged her, got her looked at and assessed within two hours. Arranged talking to her owner, and all the dog things. They were nice, professional, and they have really good free coffee. As a Rover watcher, I feel 1000% secure that I can bring any dog here in an emergency and it'll be handled perfectly!
