If I could give ZERO stars, I would. Their main concern at this organization is to line their bank account with money from the asenine tickets and kennel fees they hand out to pet owners over false dog attacks (and then on top of that, they will wrongly label your nearly blind and deaf, senior pets as well as innocent Pittbulls as viscous)... But when it comes to an actual animal abuse case, well, they don't care about doing what's right. They don't care about the animal being abused. They won't save the pet nor will they appropriately prosecute the actual abusers. I'm so disappointed in y'all...Your mother's are disappointed in y'all... So is Jesus. DO BETTER.

Contacted Columbia Animal Control to report a lady who trespass our property without permission with her two dogs who relieve themselves on regular basis. But I am glad they were willing to listen and help as much as possible. I left 4 starts because that person still come on the property with dog and disturb the peace.

Called due to two dogs attacking our cats. Within the time I hung up they were out here in 10 minutes! The person who helped us was amazing and service was great

VERY VERY RUDE PEOPLE! They hung up on me yesterday. The prefer to talk or talk over you rather than to listen. They look for reasons to not do their job. They make excuses that don't make sense and act like you are trying to hid something when you don't automatically volunteer your address when they did NOT ask for it. They say you are lying because you say you do not know who's property it is and you call the space where the properties meet shared, as a way to define where their property meets your property vs other neighbors property. They automatically assume you are prejudice against pit bulls because you say a dog is aggressive and over 70 lbs, but you don't specify the breed of a dog. The lack of professionalism was UNBELIEVABLE!

This afternoon I called Animal Control to report a loose dog running in my neighborhood, he had a collar but no ID. He was a sweet dog. He seemed to like me and my dogs, but was afraid of men. The Animal Control officer showed up very quickly. He was very kind and gentle with the scared dog. He took his time winning the dog's trust and getting him into his vehicle. I was impressed and happy with how he handled the situation. I have always had positive experiences when I've called Animal Control (over about 25 years). Everyone I've ever dealt with seems to care very much about animals and have their best interests at heart.

I called to report someone within the county that is negligent towards their animals and are not compliant with shots. Food and water is not given everyday, adequate shelter is not provided, dogs with long thick fur aren’t shaved, animals are not treated for fleas or ticks, etc. I received an email from the people I reported telling me “ not to further any actions against them” in an email. Sounded threatening to me and said that I reported a “flop call”, so nothing was done. Apparently nothing was actually checked and now I have hostile people that have threatened me.
