I came here after having a not so great experience at my cat’s previous vet and was amazed by how nice and caring Dr. Natalie is. I love that she sat on the floor when she was in the room with us because it definitely makes things feel less intimidating. I felt comfortable having her see my cat and knew that she would take good care of him. I love her personality and all the suggestions she gave me to my questions and concerns. The pricing here is also very reasonable. Overall, would recommend to a friend!

I took my cat Bentley in after he developed uncontrolled nausea and vomiting . He quickly deteriorated and wasn’t eating or drinking . Dr. Natalie was amazing . She quickly assessed and came up with a plan for several days . She didn’t order a bunch of tests , just the most important ones for diagnosis and treatment . My husband and I liked her immediately because she had excellent bed side manner and we felt confident Bentley was in great hands . She maintained excellent communication with us and even called us later one eve to check on him . We followed her advice and plan for our precious cat. It worked !!! Bentley is back to normal . A week ago I was sure I was going to loose Bentley . Thanks to Dr. Natalie and all the staff at Rockbrook our Bentley survived . Also a shout out to Jessie, vet tech , and the vets that covered the weekend . All the staff is amazing . I highly recommend Rockbrook Animal Clinic ! Thank you Dr.Natalie , Jessie and all the wonderful staff who cared for Bentley .

We recently lost our baby Chihuahua after 15 years. It was devastating. We just moved from out of state temporarily, and didn’t have access to our regular vet. This clinic went well over what most would. They fit us in- and it’s no appointment. They loved our baby until the end like we did, and they had just met her. They put her little hair in vials for us(we asked and they gladly did.). They sent us several cards- actually Dr. Natalie wrote one herself for us. They truly love and care about animals. You can tell. They were very upset and sad like we were. I actually rescue dogs back in my home state, and not many vets act like this. She is one of a kind. We miss you Tiki. Thank you again to this vet and I would highly recommend. They truly know how to treat people.

We switched our dog’s veterinarian as we felt that he was just a number and the care wasn’t what you would want for your beloved pet. After some research we went with Rockbrook Animal Clinic and have been more than pleased by everyone from staff, facility to our dogs care. Our dog has been neutered, had nose surgery among a variety of basic check ups at Rockbrook and all have been of high quality. I would highly recommend this veterinary!

If I could give a negative star review I would. Our dog whom we have been taking here for 5 years needs his prescription refilled. We call after waiting 4 days and the pharmacy received no response from them. Then tell us we have to come in for an appointment. We explain my husband has pancreatic cancer and just had a major surgery so we can’t schedule something and are out of pills. They did nothing. They would rather see an animal have persistence seizures than not get their $ for a vet visit. The receptionist was extremely rude and had no sense of tact or compassion. If you care about your animals don’t go here they clearly care about money over anything else.

best veterinarian experience EVER, they were booked full of appointments but made measures fit my cat in despite it. The incredibly knowledgeable and friendly staff provided me with a large variety of different options for diet and medicine. Very thorough, very caring, and very receptive.
