I called a day before my pickup to ask about overnight parking. Left a message for Dave during the day. Based on my previous experience with other shippers I wasn't very hopeful that my message would be respond to especially after office hours but sure enough Dave called me back in the evening to answer my question. The loading process went very smoothly and it was all done in less than a couple hours. The young gentleman at the shipping office is a very friendly person and very graciously offered to email the paperwork to my company because it was quite a handful. All I can say is this is company with a big yard for overnight parking and people with big hearts. I will love to come back here again. Thank you.

I used to love Oxbows products and Timothy Hay. I used it for years, but since last February the quality is poor. We get bags that look like normal hay and my bunny doesn't like it like it used to. I'm placing this review to make the company aware they will loose customers if they don't get back to 2022 and prior quality back.

Do not come in early. I called them and they say yes the earlier the better just to make me sit here and wait for hours. The just ran my clock out first no reason. Very slow loading.
