They are awesome! I have had 4 pets on the Wellness programs they offer, and it was worth every payment. My pets were well taken care of. The staff especially have been great to work with.

This was a while ago, but I have not since been back to this location. I take my cat to the Maple location, which was busy, so I had to make an appointment here. I had off that day so I told them as soon as they were done with her checkup they could call me and I'd pick her up. I didn't want her there all day as I know it stresses her out. They ended up keeping her there all day, which I was very annoyed about. The receptionists were nice though.

We have had Banfield for a few years for 2 dogs. Had a couple problems, but nothing serious. This last time was different. I took my older dog in for a dental cleaning and comprehensive exam that was covered in his wellness plan. I got a call from the Dr. Saying that he needed a tooth pulled because it was a "dead tooth" and it would be $800 to get it pulled. I said no and he was insistent that I get it done for his health. We decided a second opinion would be best and took him somewhere else. Very nice people who did an exam and told us his tooth was fine. So they would have pulled his tooth for no reason! We will never go back there. They make it seem good, but really just want your money.

We have been on a wellness plan for both dogs for years!!! Dr Clark at Banfield Oakview is seriously the best vet we have seen. She is honest, genuine, kind, all of the things. We can thank her enough for all of her help with our pups!

Would not recommend. The vets over diagnose, over recommend prescriptions, over charge and take advantage of people's love for their pets. We've ended up getting second opinions that proved it. It's very obvious that this place is part of a big chain that tries to get more money from you at every turn. It's also one of those places that make it intentionally hard to stop the subscription/service plans. Go to Harvey Oaks Animal hospital instead.

Compassionate, kind, thorough and knowledgeable..... Best words to describe the entire staff at Banfield. My little Chihuahua/poodle mix named Taz was attacked by a 142lb pit bull and we rushed him into Banfield. I couldn't have asked for a better experience to such a horrific event. Best pet hospital!!
