We have been using Lotus Veterinary House Calls for years now. The ease of having a vet come into your own home is so fantastic. No stress, no fuss. The service is great but what really distinguishes Lotus is the fact that their Doctors and support staff are the kindest, most patient and all over amazing human beings. They hold you and your furry/purry family members in a gentle embrace while being knowledgeable, non-judgemental, thorough and efficient. They work with you rather than dictating to you. Don't even get me started on some of the horrendous vet experiences we have had to endure here in San Francisco...but never once with Lotus. Unfortunately we have had to have three cats put to sleep at the end of their lives during our time with Lotus and I can't rave enough about both Dr Seth and Dr Jenny. I truly consider them both members of our extended family. Don't let the cost put you off, at the end of the day it's actually not that much more and so worth every.single.penny! Stop googling options - you've found the perfect solution right here.

Lotus was the best decision I ever made, and I want people to know that I can’t rave enough about them. I realize cost are high, and finances can be hard on people, especially since we live in SF in general. But they are worth. Every. Penny. I had an older, small dog, with health problems, who was basically blind, because her cataracts were so bad. I couldn’t take her into a regular vet office anymore as she got older, because she would freak out that I couldn’t go back with her. She would cause herself so much anxiety that she would pass out with the staff and the doctor. Lotus, made it so much more calm… for both of us! My first visit was with Dr. Seth, and his assistant Jacqueline. They were so kind, gentle, sweet, genuine, answered all my questions, were incredibly patient, and helpful. They brought everything to our home. We sat on our living room floor and they examined her, and she was happy and calm with them. My dog, unfortunately was not well, and a few weeks later I knew… it was her time. The two ladies I talked and emailed with at the office throughout the month I used Lotus, were amazing and heartfelt. My second visit was for a home euthanasia. This time Dr. Rachael, and her assistant came to our home. Again, incredibly sweet, understanding, empathetic, patient, loving, and the kind of doctors you want around you when you have to go through this with your baby. If you can’t or don’t want to go into an office, and want someone to come to you. Call them. If you need to put your baby down, because it’s their time, and you want to do it privately in your home. Call them. Thank you so much to the staff at Lotus. Your patience and kindness, meant the world to us during this tough time. ♥️

I don't usually take time to write reviews, bad ones at least. I figure everybody has a bad day. But I had to get on and write the most spectacular review for Lotus. My dog Frank had been declining lately from an unfortunately incurable cancer. We focused on making sure he had his best life the last few weeks but on Monday last week I knew that the end was getting very close. I had researched companies and decided on Lotus a while back. I had a great initial phone call with their staff that was informational and made me feel very reassured about a plan. I called on Monday and set up an in-home compassionate euthanasia on Wednesday last week. However I very quickly realized that Frank was not going to comfortably get to Wednesday. I called back at 11 AM and they were able to fit me in for their last appointment of the day at 4:30 PM. Dr. Jenny came to our apartment, and Frank who had been mostly sleeping woke up wagged his tail acknowledging her and I think saying to himself "thankfully an objective adult has arrived." We laid with Frank on the floor while he continued to nap and when we were ready Dr. Jenny administered his medication's. Frank hates the vet so being able to be at home was everything. He barely flinched from the injections and he very stress-free and comfortably passed away with us at his side. I've unfortunately lost a lot of dogs over my lifetime and every time I've taken them to the vet for euthanasia. I would strongly recommend considering doing it at home for your pet as it is comfortable and stress-free for them. Even more strongly I would encourage you to use Lotus. They were absolutely amazing from my initial contact up to and including today when I received an amazing card from Dr. Jenny expressing her condolences. It's those little things that matter. Thank you so much Lotus. We are so appreciative of everything you did for Frank and for us.

Excellent veterinary services performed by knowledgeable, compassionate, skilled veterinarians and assistants in the low-stress environment of your home. The in-home treatments by Dr. Feigenbaum and Dr. Dasho allowed my senior dog to live comfortably. I am truly grateful for the love and care we both received from Lotus Veterinary House Calls.

I have the most amazing experience with Lotus Veterinarian House Calls in San Francisco. Your professional team helped me to book vaccinations for my 3+months kitten Tango at a time when most clinics closed their doors to a new customer. Thank you with all my heart on your responsiveness and follow up with your veterinarian and are quick to get my appointments and information. I am writing this review to share my happy and wonderful experiences. I am thankful to your Lotus family Shea, Debra, Kelly, Sophia for helping Tango to move to Hong Kong in October. I would highly recommend this outstanding veterinarian clinic with love and care to their customers. I would also like to take this opportunity to thank Dr Rachael Feigenbaum and her assistant for taking care of Tango before departing to Hong Kong in October. Lotusvet is the best veterinarian clinic I have ever experienced in San Francisco. They make things easy for both customers and their pets. I wish there is one in Hong Kong. 👍👍👍👍👍👍❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️ Tango arrived Hkg in good condition yesterday morning after 23 hours of travelling. Tango says thank you to you all🦁🥰

I WISH I COULD RATE THESE GUYS 10000 STARS. I called them randomly one day when I had a situation with my dog and can't possibly say enough about em. Dr. Rachael is SO GOOD and genuinely loves people and their pets. She's hands down my favorite vet I've ever used as well as one of my favorite people just in general. SO MUCH LOVE for Lotus. If you're able to wait a couple days and schedule an appt cause it's not an emergency, I PROMISE YOU THERES NOBODY BETTER. And I generally hate people, like all of em😂, so this review speaks volumes for their awesomeness. IF DR. RACHAEL was a non housecall vet somewhere, she would be my lifetime vet FOR SURE but regardless, ill ALWAYS call them first. SUCH GOOD PEOPLE!!!!
