The team at Petfolk were awesome! We just adopted our cat back in February and he’s been having some sinus problems. They answered all of our questions and gave us every option available to make sure Marlin got the best care he needs. They also made sure to communicate how much everything was going to cost before making a decision on what to do for him. It was his first vet visit and he was definitely calm, and felt comfortable with them. I am so happy we found a place that greeted him by name, and really took the time to care for him. Thank you!!!!

Amazing visit. The staff at this location were attentive, informative and kind. Dr. Couch’s thoroughness during the exam and focus on root causes vs symptoms was extremely helpful. They explained in detail a plan to improve my dog’s health and the best sequence to do so. King Henri enjoyed himself despite the nature of his visit (and is in love with Kate). Scheduling was easy and the environment is clean, bright and modern.

We had such an awesome visit & received a lot of pointers & guidance on our new puppy, Mochi! I am even more happy of how thorough every moment was from the check in, wellness plan, invoice detailing along with an explanation for it all, to in depth puppy care & recommendations based on the Pom breed. With me being a huge note taker, I love how detailed the visit summary was emailed to me! I couldn’t have ask for a better first time visit for our pup! I look forward to our future visits! Absolutely love the doctors here at Petfolk and the best part is that they love my dogs too! The urgency for everything is great it’s exactly what you need when you’re worried about your fur baby and need that close attention. Highly recommended!

My sweet Loki boy caught a cold being around some other doggie friends so we went to get checked out, he's been coughing and had a runny nose for days. The staff at Petfolk were so warm and friendly - got us right into a room. Loki loved the Nurse and the Doctor. Very Friendly visit! We did wait almost 45 min to be seen, but other than that - a great visit!

Dr. Paula and her entire team at Petfolk are ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! They are patient, kind, and just all around phenomenal! I couldn’t be more pleased with the care that they provide to my sweet sweet boy. Additionally, they are always willing to work with my schedule and accommodate our needs. I have a busy work schedule and on the day of Sullivan’s surgery they came in a bit early for me to drop him off so that I could be at work on time. Unfortunately, a week prior to Sulli’s neutering procedure he broke his arm. We were out of state. I was in contact with Petfolk and they made the process of getting his records easy so that I didn’t have to. He requires weekly splint changes and was scheduled to come in the day before his procedure for a change but instead they suggested having it done during his procedure so he would be more comfortable! Just extremely attentive and thoughtful to their fur patient’s needs and I am so grateful! My beautiful boy included below!
