I have been using this vet for a kennel for the past 6 years for my dog and at first they were amazing! Cared for my dog, had trainers on staff and were customer focused. Sometime ago they changed management and the kennel/lodging side has been horrible service. Whomever has been running it has lost any sense of customer focus and is a nightmare to deal with. I final left as a customer and recommend you do not lodge your dog here. The main issues revolve around requiring bordotello vaccines every 6 months as opposed to the actual expiration of one year. This is an internal policy, which as described by my vet is “ridiculous”. The final straw was when they called me at 11 AM the day before my 0700 drop off, telling me my dogs vaccine was 6 months and 12 days old and they were going to turn me away the next morning unless I had him vaccinated before then. Keep in mind a had planes and hotels booked and people counting on me to be somewhere for my business. My only option? An emergency vet clinic for $150 for a $21 vaccine. When I called to complain they offered me 20% discount barely scratching the cost they were causing me. Lucky another kennel was fast to book and easy to work with. Do not go here for lodging!

So pleased with the quality of care we received by Dr Chen, Dr Robinson, and Dr Amsellen as our girl went through surgery and her recovery. Not only did we receive daily communication post op, but our girl came out of surgery cancer free and is happy and healthy. Thanks for helping make sure our pup felt safe, cared for, and all the extra snackos!

Amazing people and the vet we saw who is known as the ferret queen by other staff was extremely professional. Everyone was, my family is so very grateful they were able to see us as soon as they did and that they do see ferrets even though they don't outright advertise it. Unfortunately my sweet baby girl was now necessarily beyond help but outside the likelihood of being able to lead a healthy life so we made the extremely difficult choice and eased her pain to the other side. She will be so very dearly missed 😭

Many thanks to Dr. Wells for fitting in our elderly dog for an urgent care appointment. Everyone at the clinic was wonderful and took great care of our dog! Highly recommend!

Very attentive staff. Never did doggie surgery with my pup. The staff and doctor were very knowledgeable and supportive throughout the whole process. Great place for my 9 year old rufus to have his tooth extraction. Great job!
