Mitch was promoted and personable. He took care of my issue. Retrieved the opossum and took her to a secluded area for release. Had to call him back to get three babies after work hours and not only did he come right away he did not charge me for a return trip. Highly recommend 5 STAR

On Sunday 8/20/23 our adventurist indoor cat found a way to get into our small attic with blown in insulation. It took us a while to figure out that she was in the attic since she has a habit of disappearing for long periods of time. We were unable to locate her in the attic or to get into the attic ourselves. She is a relatively quiet cat. We called Painless Wildlife Removal on a Sunday ( their google listing said they were closed on Sunday ). Mitch was able to make it out within the hour, he gained access to the attic ( not the same way as the cat did to get up there in the first place ) and he spotted her glowing eyes. He had to crawl thru the narrow attic and the cat alluded him on several instances but within an hour he was able to coral our family cat and bring her down safely. Although their name says Painless Wildlife Removal, they should add rescuing household pets to their list of services. He was friendly, professional and their price was fair and reasonable. He informed us of his price before he ever came out so there was no surprises. We hope we never need him again, but we would gladly use him again and will refer him to anyone who may need his unique services in the future. Thanks, Painless Wildlife and Mitch.

We had Mitch and Oliver come out when we heard noises in our attic. They were prompt, courteous, professional, and very knowledgeable. They took care of our rat issue quickly! Great guys and we are so glad we found them. Highly recommend!

I found a bunny nest buried against our house with a couple of cute bunnies in it. No signs of mom after a couple of days, so I called Mitch and he came out promptly to remove them and take them to a sanctuary. A couple of other companies I called before just told me to call the Humane Society. I highly recommend this company.
