We absolutely love Wellesley! They go above and beyond to keep our fur babies healthy and happy. They even saw our 13 year old dog last minute when our boarding kennel had to bring her in while we were across the country. Can’t say enough great things about this place!

Would like to say thank you to the team at Wellesley Animal Hospital in RVA. When I decided it was time for my Henry to be helped across the "bridge" I called to schedule a time. I think the receptionist's name was Lauren, forgive me if I am wrong, at any rate, she understood how important it was for me to get it done and "penciled" me in for the next day as I requested. So I arrived at 9am, was escorted into the "goodbye room" immediately and given the time to say a final farewell. The tech/aka nurse came in within minutes and told me what would happen next. I asked to be able to pay while Henry was getting his IV, and the receptionist enabled me to do so without going back out into the lobby after Henry was gone. That meant a lot. Dr.Crater was kind and compassionate when she arrived after Henry had been sedated. Nurse Meghan was with her and they both stayed with me, and stood by me as Henry passed in peace and in the utmost kindness. I will never forget the WAH team at a most difficult and sad time for me. Thank you to All.

We had a great visit, with our cat Merle, for his vaccinations. He is usually very nervous, but Dr. Rachel was wonderful with him! Even clipping his nails was a breeze. We have found our new vet family! ❤️

All of the staff at Wellesley is wonderful! Any time I need an appointment for my guinea pigs, they get me in on the same day. One of my guinea pigs, Ruby, saw Dr. Dean for the first time last week. I was very impressed with Dr. Dean as she provided excellent care for Ruby! It’s hard to find a vet that you trust for guinea pigs but Wellesley has always had the absolute best exotic veterinarians! Thank you Wellesley for always taking such good care of my babies!

This being our first time there I was a little nervous. The staff was very comforting, and was kind to Daisy. Dr.Meaghan was amazing, she explained everything in detail. I felt comfortable leaving Daisy there to have her procedure. The next day the office staff as well as Dr. Meaghan called to make sure everything was good. I appreciated their concern. I highly recommend the Wellsley animal hospital.

They took good care of my bunny Elsa today. They got her in for a emergency visit the same day when other vet offices were telling me two weeks. They went above and beyond. Even followed up to see how she was doing. if you are looking for a caring vet that is affordable look no further! Thank you for helping Elsa today we will be coming here from now on. I highly recommend this vet!
