Took my 13 year old yorkie in for some dental issues, she was in a lot of pain pawing at her mouth. They immediately got me in (non emergency), got her some pain meds scheduled surgery the next day. She was in at 7:30am and ready at 2:30. She is now a happy girl! 9 teeth removed! Thank you for taking care of my Jazzy.

The staff at Moore Lane have been incredibly friendly and easy to work with. Our German Shepard had to have emergency surgery and they took care of us every stop of the way. Everything about the surgery and recovery was clearly explained and they provided everything we needed to get out pup through it. Highly recommend them.

Our 7 month old puppy got sick over the weekend. Desperately, we looked for someone to help. Moore Lane's staff was courteous, kind, and attentive. The doctor on duty was well informed and made the appropriate decisions. Our puppy is feeling better and on the mend today. We would recommend this place.

I have 5 dogs and switched from Best Friends to Moore Lane after a couple bad experiences. I can always get in, the staff are friendly but very clear with expectations and they are open 24/7. I of course have my favorites but all the vets and vet tech have done a good job for us and we 5 giant breed dogs we are very familiar with them. The front desk is usually great as well and accommodating when making appointments. I don’t like the cost but everything is expensive now and I feel with all the extra services that they provide justifies the overhead they have and charge.

I was on a long roadtrip with my pup and he got an ear infection. I was in a bit of a panic about how to get him seen and the wonderful vets and techs at Moore Lane were the absolute BEST. They were kind and helpful and calming and got Jack his ear drops. I called a ton of other places who couldn’t help us…I’ll always have so much gratitude for how Moore Lane showed up for us and got us back on the road with meds and smiles. What a wonderful experience we had. Thank you!

I am amazed at how cold this place has become. They have a near monopoly on 24 hour emergency services and they take advantage of it. They have become so greedy which is unfortunate not only for the pets and parents in need but for the amazing staff I’ve worked with personally prior to this evening. The final straw was tonight when we were in need of yet another emergency service due to a condition my cat has. We have always found a way to pay them and in the past 6 months have shelled out at least $7,000 to them. However, this time finances are tighter than usual due to our last visit being more recent and we were unable to drop a $1,200 deposit at 2am. Instead of working with us their response was to repeatedly tell us that my cats condition is life threatening and needs fixed asap but they were unwilling to help unless we came up with the money right now. They wouldn’t even take a smaller deposit and give me a day or two to come up with the final bill which would have been around $2,500. So now we are driving to Cody, Wyoming at 2am to a vet who is willing to work with us because she doesn’t want to have him suffer or die a painful death. I don’t understand how you can turn someone away with a pet that is dying over money especially when they have proven multiple times they will pay. I also don’t appreciate the rude and insensitive comments made to my partner as she was crying and clearly worried we would lose our baby. Will never return.
