The first appointment we had was wonderful, great doctor, and affordable. After that horrible. I left multiple messages and never got calls back. I requested records for my animals, did not hear a thing for over a month. Called and left a message again, and when my husband finally walked in to get the records the assistant admitted to just deleting my voicemail. No intention of a call back. I really wanted to like them but the customer service is terrible.

Vet To Go performed the spay on Goose, our 1 year 2 month old Golden Retriever in September 2024. They were so kind, incredibly personable, and her incisions and stitches look great. The techs and receptionist were lovely to deal with, very communicative and considerate. Will be using them again! Thank you so much!

We were happy with vet to go at first , but we had several instances where we needed to get our pups in and never received a call back, the last straw was when I called and they actually answered . My dog needed in and the receptionist said that they did not have anything for a couple of days but she offered to check with the doctor and see if they could sneak her in . She said she would call me back , she never did call back . So the next day I called and left a message and received a call back several hours later and was told again that they would check with doctors . This time I was put on hold and she asked . I was told they could not sneak her in and that it would be the following week. ( this was Tuesday ) I said when I talked to the girl yesterday she had said there was appointments available Thursday and the girl said that no there was no appointments and I don’t know what you were told yesterday but there is nothing available . This is extremely frustrating because my dog was not feeling well and need to be seen. If she had called me back on Monday like she said I would have been able to get my dog in elsewhere and feeling better sooner . Will not be returning to clinic .

It was a great experience. The vet, Dr Lamm came out and visited with us and answered our questions. Everyone we had contact there was very kind and helpful and answered questions. It was obvious that our fur baby was liked and well cared for. And the final bill was a pleasant surprise. We were very happy and plan to make this our place to bring our fur babies from now on!

I brought my 3 month old puppy in for a wellness check. Now, 15 years later we came in for his final appointment. Over all those years he received such skilled and loving care. The compassion and support shown to me as I said goodbye to my best friend was so genuine. Everyone on the Vet to Go staff have a true calling. I am so grateful to them. I always recommend them to my friends not only for their skill but because of their integrity and affordability .
