We use them for dog boarding and have always had a great experience. They take my dog outside way more than any other boarding facility I’ve used. We always pick my dog up happy and I can tell she was loved on while we were away. This time they even sent us a cute Easter pic!

The staff at Shiloh Veterinary Hospital are very attentive. They provide me with useful information and take great care of my furry friend. They always follow up with me after an appointment and answer any questions I have with thoughtful answers.

If I could give them more stars I would. They got me in very quickly that day when my rabbit got sick, and Dr Johnson and vet tech Erin provided the most compassionate care at end of life for him.

Been going here for years and they used to be great, would get you in quickly for sensitive situations. Recently had such a situation and they wouldn't even offer me an appt, weeks out. We ended up somewhere else and got referred back to them for an ultrasound, which they scheduled for another week out. I called and begged for a sooner appointment as I trusted the vets here, and was referred somewhere with horrible reviews. They actually hung up on me, twice. Over the last 6-7 years I have made several word of mouth referrals here and will be sure to correct that. I don't recommend establishing care here(when your dog is dying, and someone hangs up on you, twice, for being rude? I even apologized and said I was emotional over my dog, even though I didn't think I was being rude, and did I receive an apology back for them being rude? No!) Have I heard from them since? No. There seems to be several other better establishments in town, check reviews. I used to stand up for this place against the bad reviews, and now feel like I failed my pet by having trusted this place. I will never be back here. **(Edit to say I took 2 dogs there since 2017, one of them I started taking twice a year as she was elderly(not the dog that passed, the dog that passed was only 8), and they have the audacity to pretend like they don't have a record of me per their response.) his name was GRIZ. And we would have done anything to save him. Unfortunately, this vet didn't care and we lost precious days of his life begging for help. I see all the 5 star reviews, and that used to be me, until I was in need of more than a checkup. There are much better places in this town.

This veterinary clinic provided exceptional care for my dog after he was attacked by another dog while we were away from home. Despite being out of town, they accommodated us quickly and showed great understanding and warmth. Their efficient and compassionate care ensured my dog received prompt treatment, setting him on the path to a speedy recovery. Highly recommended for their professionalism and kindness.

Everything went. Smooth people from the front end. All the way back to the doctor did a great job. Very caring, compassionate good with my pup.
