Dr. Dominguez is hands down the best exotic vet in Richmond. We followed him to Lucks Lane when he moved from our old vet as he's the only one I trust with my bearded dragons. We also switched our cats over here as well and have been very pleased all around. Friendly & professional front desk service and staff. Highly recommend this place.

I took my bunny in today, great experience from all staff. The client service team was awesome, welcoming, and knowledgeable. The Dr and his patient care team were wonderful as well. Dr. Dominguez was great with my Dudley and performed the exam quickly for him! They let me ask questions and listened to me. I enjoyed talking with some other rabbit owners in the lobby too. Cute little place. Dudley is happy and will be going back for his dental work in February!

I just wanted to give a shout out to Kelly and Dr. Gallof for giving me the best experience at vet clinic and being so caring towards Digiorno. Kelly was so sweet to calm me down and share personally stories to make me feel better. She cared so much and made me feel so much better that accidents do happen and I shouldn’t blame myself for a small accident. She was very informative and Dr. Gallof provided excellent care and talked me through every step of the process. Thank you guys so much for taking care of my little guy.

When faced with the daunting task of preparing my two beloved pups for their journey to Hawaii, I knew I needed a veterinary team that was not only knowledgeable but also incredibly patient. Dr. Ernesto has been caring for my ferrets for a long time now, and he is like family. We are always treated like we are valued and with the utmost care and concern. It's why we travel 45 minutes to receive care at the clinic. They truly care about service delivery and the well-being of the animals entrusted to their care.
