WHEN ARE YOU GOING TO DO YOUR JOB IN VLE????? I am so sick and tired of being woken up all hours of the night to stray cats running rampant and distressing my HOUSE cat so I get to listen to them screaming at each other through the screen!!!!!!! I half expect one to tear through my screen and get access through the cat door. I am so sick and tired of lazy owners allowing their cats (and dogs) to roam freely. It’s like we are the third world corner of the county! Enough already!!!!

Rude and unprofessional apparently they only trap raccoons never mind the aggressive fox with babies living under my shed charging at my family regularly. Pay for private animal control cause there’s a reason they have low reviews.

The most unhelpful people I’ve ever come in contact with. Absolute incompetence and rude, unprofessional behavior from the staff. So surprised at how this is publicly funded with no accountability for its staff. Complete disregard for the public as they hung up on me with no explanation.

I have always found them very professional and friendly when interacting with them on dog running loose and being neglected. Jeff even got one of those big.. and I mean big frogs out of my garage.
