I’ve been coming to All Day Pet Hospital for the last couple of years 2022, when I put one of my beloved dogs down. I had received a first opinion while in LA, but came home to SD to get a second opinion. It was the same as I received to put my 10 yr old dog down. ADPH staff was very supportive and gave me all the time I needed with Gizmo before I made my final decision. I stayed with him telling him what a good boy he is and the process left me confident that I made the right decision. They left me alone with Gizmo to say my final goodbyes and the team was very respectful of my final decision & time with Gizmo. 🐶😇💙 Fast forward to 2024. I’ve been bringing Jovi here since Gizmo passed. We’ve had a few surgeries where the vets Dr Mayor & Dr Bayon and staff were very knowledgeable , helpful in my decision-making process. She’s on heart meds and has had bladder-stone removal, etc. She’s a very happy, still-active dog otherwise. When she was diagnosed with a ‘growth’ in her bladder recently, they’ve found options to keep her comfortable. I made the decision recently to put her down due to some symptoms she’s been having. When I went a couple of days ago, I felt horrible playing her ‘maker’, deciding her fate. When Dr Mayor arrived in the room, he sat on the floor with me as he observed Jovi. He asked me ‘why do you want to put her down’? I proceeded to tell him about the bladder symptoms and he asked if she was eating, acting normally to which I said ‘yes’. Then he stated that the symptoms were more traumatic for ME, than her. That she will tell me WHEN it’s her time by not eating, not being active, not going to the bathroom, struggling. Then the lightbulb went on for me. That’s what I needed to hear to make my final decision. Jovi lives!!! 🐶 Thank you Dr Mayor and staff for shining that light with positive information. Jovi is such a joy and I’m so glad I get to spend more time with her. 🩷

DVM Mayor was excellent. He was very informative on how to care for our puppy. He answered our questions about potty training. He made our puppy feel so comfortable. I highly recommend this clinic 😊

This pet hospital is absolutely fantastic. They open super early and close very late, appointments can essentially be made at any time, the employees are so nice, and they are extremely quick. I have been going here for about 1 year now with my cats and we’ve had an excellent experience every single time. I recommend this place to everybody in the area with an animal as they are simply the best. Their prices are also the lowest I have seen anywhere in the area by far, a HUGE plus. I highly recommend All Day Pet.

I called this vet at 6am and left a message on a Saturday morning because my cat was very sick. I knew they weren’t open yet, but asked if they could call me back and squeeze me in to see what was wrong with her. I was scared since my cat never gets sick. This vet is near by, it would be so convenient and I wanted to try a vet closer to me. I let them know I was in need of something immediately and if they couldn’t get me in, could they recommend another vet. I also called 3 other vets asking the same thing. A different vet called me right back before they were open, got me in and treated my cat. I am still waiting for THIS vet to call me back. NO THANK YOU! Don’t bother! Horrible customer service! Reaching back to a customer who is obviously scared or needing help is huge. I feel for the animals who go here. I can only hope there is some compassion for them

I had a great experience here. So my pup started coughing during Thanksgiving weekend. I called every local vet I could think of and they were all turning me away. Finally I called all day pet hospital and they allowed me to make a same day appointment. The staff was friendly and attentive. My pup can be pretty shy but did well with the staff. The Dr. Immediately put her on antibiotics and her cough went away within 24 hours. They even had her test results emailed to me. It turned out to be minor flu which I'm greatful that's all it was. Thank you to the Dr. and staff!

Amazing professional vet care from passionate and caring staff! I have been to a couple different vets and All Day Pet Hospital is by far the best vet I’ve ever been to! They truly care about your pets health and well-being as if it was their own. My red nose pit Ginger is always welcomed and treated kindly!
