I love Pacific Veterinary Hospital for my 5 year old Stage 3 Kidney disease Cat. They are always so kind and supportive of his needs. Tristan at the front desk is always very kind and helpful over the phone and in person. Dr. Vancil is excellent with correspondence! Whenever I have any questions or concerns I am always met with a prompt phone call or email response. I feel like the staff genuinely cares about providing quality care and I feel confident that when I take my kitty he is receiving the care he needs in a way that makes him feel comfortable and safe!

My kitties and I have been clients of PVH for the past 2 years, and we’re very grateful for their consistent quality care. We have seen Drs. Frost, Klau, and Laura and they have all been excellent. Recently, Dr. Klau accurately diagnosed my older kitty with tooth resorption and advised that he’d need surgery to remove the affected teeth. Dr. Laura did an amazing job operating on him, but later in the week he was more lethargic and I was very worried he had a secondary infection. When I called, they were able to get me in for a same day follow up appointment, and Dr Laura did a careful exam and labs. She even spoke with a specialist when lab abnormalities were found. She adjusted my kitty's medication regimen, and called to check on him after the weekend to make sure he was doing better. All this to say, you can expect quality, detailed, loving medical care of your furry friends here! Highly recommend— thank you all for your care!

I have been a client of Pacific Veterinary Hospital for around 37 years. Over the years, they have given my dogs great care. Even during the pandemic, when everything was so difficult, the staff went out of their way to care for their patients and their human clients.

Love this Vet! Great staff and they are so caring and knowledgeable. On our last visit, my dog was so anxious and the staff was so patient and kind. Highly recommend!

I've been bringing my dog here for years when some minor things have happened with him, all has been fine but now something is seriously wrong and it took 3 visits before I was taken seriously. Even after I was they seemed more interested in doping my dog up than finding out or telling me what's actually wrong. This is after multiple rounds of cough suppression meds not working and xrays sent to a specialist still not being able to tell me what's wrong, but you know what they will try and give your pet before they give antibiotics? Oxi. I'm not sure if there has been a laps in communication in regards as to what had already been prescribed but all the meds they have given, and visits my dog has gone on, hundreds of dollars, and my dog dealing with respiratory issues the whole time and it took me directly showing them a video before they took it seriously. I'm not sure if it's because there understaffed or not trained properly but I was trying to at least stay with them until my dog was better but it seems like they want to prolong whatever is going on with him so they can wrack up money in appointment visits while actually doing nothing to help. There staff is nice but again everyone is very dismissive when you are the one who knows your pet best if you say something is wrong it shouldn't take 3 visits some xrays a specialist to look at those xrays and then finally a video that you took before you are taken seriously. Overall minor stuff like shots of flea meds or anything basic like they have diarrhea or something there fine if your pet has a persistent cronic issue that's effecting them I'd suggest going somewhere else. I even posted a review to there internal portal about my dissatisfaction and haven't heard a word back from them but yet again I'm woken up by the persistent coughs coming from my dog and have to try a multitude of things to calm it down before he has any relief.

The team at Pacific Veterinary Hospital are awesome! Caring and really going above and beyond. They diagnosed a fairly rare disease my dog had that the emergency vets couldn’t figure out and called me after hours to give me key information. Without this diagnosis my dog would not have survived.
