Since meeting Skyler, we won't be let anyone else groom our 'kids'. She is so caring and meticulous, and our Standard Parti-Poodle twins ALWAYS come out show-ready (we don't show, but...). We cannot recommend Skyler highly enough.

Holmes and Watson (our two cats) receive excellent care each time we visit, just as our previous cat did. The staff and doctors really do care about the health and best treatment each pet receives so that they can live their best lives.

Just wanted to share how my experience has been with this clinic. All the things that I was worried about visiting a vet were validated by this clinic such as : deceitful practices to make you spend more money, not answering their phone when you need them, making you make tough decisions while pet is in mid surgery (not necessarily their fault but my dog did have a more invasive surgery than necessary), and not offering the cheapest route to get things done as a pet owner. I first went to the Good Neighbor vet clinic to try and get my dogs vaccines at an affordable rate. I brought my pup into Banfield for fleas and they told me I could get his last round of vaccines even though I clarified it was 5 days before his 16 week mark. After getting the vaccines they informed me he’d need *another* round of vaccines because they nudged me to get them early (I was there just for flea meds). This costs me more money and put my dog’s social opportunities behind by a whole month. They also do not take time to fully go over the proper discharge info. They just hand you the meds and tell you all the instructions are on the medications. This last time, the extremely brief verbal instructions did not match the instructions given on the actual medication; supposedly because of the way their labels print. This led to me not giving my dog the proper amount of probiotics. In addition, I’d say they’ve answered my phone calls 3 out of 10 times. I always have to leave a message and wait for them to respond. Usually takes several hours or even the following day. When I pay $1300 for my dog to have an invasive neutering procedure, I expect some basic communication to be available during business hours. I have been taking my 2 dogs to Se 82nd Johnson Creek for over 10 years. today I decided not to come back here anymore. Never receive phone calls or call back. Bad customer service with attitude. I can't believe this place hire someone that doesn't have customer service mind like this.

They always take great care of my little Elliott! Very friendly staff and always amazingly clean, knowing how many pets come through. They really do a great job!

Banfield-Clackamas. I had to bring my puppy in for some minor ear problems. Scheduling the appointment was timely (drop-off) and check-in was quick and easy. Staff were friendly and professional; and they even recognized us by name…a plus in my book (even if that’s part of their job). The Vet Tech reviewed medical issues and most importantly discussed costs so there were no surprises at check-out (side note: I am enrolled in the Optimal Wellness Plan so the visit and some other procedures were covered). In follow-up, Dr. Mason reviewed my puppy’s medical condition and discussed treatment options. Of course, I had more than a few questions and appreciate that Dr. Mason took the time to answer and offer feedback. My puppy is on the mend and I’m grateful for the care the staff took in tending to my dog-baby!
