Utah's Perfect Pointers

It is to my knowledge that the person that owned and fully operated the Utah Perfect Pointers has retired. Though still an advocate for the breed and all other animals in need of rescuing made the heart wrenchingly decision that it was time to finally retire and spend time with family and a couple of the pointers from rescue as well. I got to spend a lot of time with so many of the rescues that came though The Old Farm Pet Resort while waiting for their forever families through the Utah Perfect Pointers Rescue. I will forever have a place in my heart for the breed forever. Thank you Perfect Pointers!!!

We adopted a 4-ish year old GSP in 2013. UPP was so helpful in picking the right dog for us. They were thorough with the home check and really cared about the whole transaction. Our dog just passed away and we were lucky to have 8 1/2 years with her. If we still lived in Utah we would definitely adopt from them again.

Adopted a GSP and had an amazing experience. The dog has obviously been well taken care of. I have also reached out several times with questions about owning a pointer and received guidance each time.

I’ve attempted to reach out via email several times with no response. I’m not sure they’re in the business of helping dogs find homes. Many of their dogs are listed on petfinder for unusual amounts of time leading me to believe that they’re more of a “dog hoarding” organization than anything.
