They were very passive aggressive with me when I was simply asking for help, I would not trust them with your animals at all. I’ve also heard they tend to call animal control and say your animal has been abandoned when someone was a few minutes late… be careful! EDIT as you can see they responded with lies, I did qualify and they asked if I wanted to drop them off on Monday and I decided not to and to report them as they’re very rude and unprofessional. Being very passive aggressive to a potential client in a bad situation is not okay. Be warned! You can tell just from the response below how they are.

I honestly don't know what I would have done without the help and support of Ruff Haven. About 3 yrs ago My kids and I had lost nearly everything. Our home, furniture, my job, the last thing we wanted to do was get rid of our cats. These guys took them in for 3 months. Got them up today on shots and even got our young cat spayed. The staff here are amazing and very personable. They actually care and understand that animals are not just animals or pets. They are part of the family. Thank you so much Ruff Haven!

I took my two cats to get vaccinated and microchipped. It took me all of 15 minutes from start to finish. I am so pleased with the experience. I HIGHLY recommend these guys for vaccines and microchipping. Friendly staff, warm and welcoming environment, knowledgeable staff. Overall a great experience.

They charged my homeless husband a fine for housing his esa dog and then refused to give her back because he isnt able to pay the $70 fee. They then called animal control and claimed she was abandoned even tho my husband was in the lobby have a panic attack trying to get her back. We still have not gotten her back and are trying to get updates on where she is, which they are not giving us. Her name is lunala and she is a white husky. Do not take your animals here in emergency situations. This has been so hard on my husband and hes been a mess since they stole her yesterday
