Really liked everyone who works here and they were so patient and friendly with my dog, the one lady here was a dog trainer and was so informative and did well with my Oliver then this happened... I came in to get Oliver his yrly shots which after asking a head of the appt the approx. Cost was prepared for a $150-200 Bill will turns out my dog had 3 kinds of worms and they assessed that and at check out I was slammed with a $685 Bill and I about fell off my seat. Had to turn away this solution they wanted to give to clean his ears only knocked that cost down 50 bucks. I said to them Omgoosh y'all you racked up this gigantic bill and just exactly what would you do today if I didn't have a CC to put that on cause I sure didn't have that amount just sitting in my bank. I was so annoyed and beside myself with this outrageous cost. Was told I needed to bring him back for a booster for the tape worm so when they called to make that appt I said ok what exactly will this cost be? Cause NEVER again will I bring my dog to y'all and you spring a $600+ bill on me. Well $75 was quoted to me and I told them I will only pay $75 period so no surprises at the end of hundreds of dollars. And right of the jump in told that the visit is $85 and they need to do a fecal test again. Another 50 bucks. You'd think after a $635 visit for this that s recheck would of been included in that outrageous cost. $300+ to treat worms? Really WOW and you want to charge another fee on top of that to see if that $300 medicine worked? Well after questioning why the office visit was $25 over the phone but $35 in the office? Yea no the visit today was indeed only $75. Never again. Well apparently it's pist off the trainer lady that normally met Oliver out front, no kindness anymore I guess and that's a real drag and to bad really reveals a lot about this place and I wouldn't recommend this vet unless you like surprises that cost you hundreds of dollars and if you address that issue you can be assured the nicey nice show goes away. Very very disappointed and won't be back here that's for sure.
All 3 were so loving, kind & professional with Panda. The best part it didn't cost an arm & a leg 😀
I absolutely love this hidden Gem! Dr. Calluson, the receptionist, & the nurses are wonderful ladies. It’s worth my 20 mile commute to go here. My dogs are picky but they love going here. They take great care of our fur kid’s.
I love that my fur babies are treated like family!!!
We had to have our pup neutered and years prior to now we had 2 great dogs and Paw Prints was their vets office. So now, I couldn't think of anybody else I wanted to treat our fur baby. During his surgery I was kept informed about everything. There were some issues with his teeth and before doing anything I was called and asked if I wanted those issues taken care of now since he was already sedated or bring him back and take care of it at a later time. Since they sedate pets during teeth work we got it taken care of right away instead of sedating him again. Very professional and friendly staff. They were all so good to our pup. He was groomed and looked like a completely different dog. I definitely would recommend anyone looking for a a good vet to go to Paw Prints. Dr Wynter is wonderful as well as the staff. Also their prices are very reasonable. Also the clinic is clean and when you walk in you can't even smell any bad smells like feces or urine. In my opinion if a vets office stinks I would worry about my pup getting an infection.
I boarded my dogs through Paw Prints on multiple occasions without incident. However, the last time they kept the dogs, the office staff overcharged me for the boarding (charged vet's house pricing versus office pricing). Additionally, they didn't follow the instructions and left a harness on one of the dogs full time. This caused an issue because my dog chewed through the harness requiring it to be replaced. When I spoke with the office staff, I was told to come to the office in the afternoon to be reimbursed with cash. I worked afternoons and couldn't make it. Any time I went in I was told to come back later for cash. Finally I gave up going in and just decided to leave it as a credit for the next boarding. We haven't needed boarding services for several months, so I called the office to ask for a check for the refund/reimbursement. The office staff has changed, so when they told me they needed to research I understood. I had to make multiple return calls before I finally got a response - and it was completely unexpected. The office staff admitted that our file shows we were over-charged, and they even had the original receipt from the replacement harness purchase. However, they refused to provide a refund. I asked why I was not being refunded even when the file indicated I was overcharged and there were notes and receipts for the harness reimbursement. I was told that Dr Callison and her husband were unaware of the over-charge and the office staff who made the original reimbursement/refund offer was no longer employed. Because of these, I was told I could only receive credit towards future veterinary services. I reiterated that the file had notes from the time indicating that I was due a refund. I was again told that since the vet had never been told of this they would not honor the refund but would only offer credit for future services.
