Always a great experience. I have had two put to sleep and we were never rushed and they were very compassionate. They treat my other dogs and cat great. No issues. Awesome staff and Dr’s.

Normally Banfield is great. This last comprehensive was horrible. We scheduled it for a Wed. They called and rescheduled for Friday due to not having a doctor. Friday morning I go all the way up there only to be greeted with we'll need to reschedule, the Dr called out sick. I left pretty pissed.

Good vet service and a great pet protection plan, however, they are expensive, you can't get shots, emergency visits or check ups quick. You must leave your pet with them form 8am till about 3 or 4pm and you can not stay with them nor do they see the same vet everytime. It works kind of like a clinic with training staff.

When you walk in your pets name is on the board. I love seeing that. Great staff. Highly recommended. We are on the OWP which is a great time and money saver! A+.

I can’t say enough good things about Dr. Murray. His care for our “complicated” dog and communication with us are top-notch. He’s also incredibly patient dealing with me and takes time to answer questions without being condescending. I’m so appreciative for the team at Tulsa Hills.

dr murray has been very helpful and supportive of me and my diabetic yorkie. couldnt ask for a better vet. both jewell and brenna were gentle and caring for bella, and took special note of her blindness. and victoria always has a big smile and knows us by name. ive had 5 or 6 dogs on a banfield plan for more than 20 yrs. its the best way ive found for keeping up with their shots and general health. thanks guys G
