My issue isn't with any store however your customer service. And your automated calling service called me 12 times yesterday and 9 today. Please stop. I'll take care of your bill next week. Because I had no payment info I was told calls will continue don't get a law suit. Because you're literally Harassing me at this point. I'm not sure why my baby's been going to you since he was 9 weeks old. And he's on year 16 people years. please stop calling.

I had my cat Jasmine on a wellness program. The last time I took her to a Banfield vet I felt like the vet was more interested in upselling me more products than treating my cat. She diagnosed her as diabetic but was very unhelpful. She couldn't even tell me how much insulin to give her. She told me to talk to the pharmacist regarding that. After that visit I took her to a different vet outside Banfield and was told my cat was not diabetic and that it was irresponsible for a vet to make that diagnosis based on a single slightly elevated lab result. I've tried to cancel numerous times and always told I need to pay more. I had to have my cat put to sleep a few days before Christmas and if that wasn't hard enough your phone support was incredibly uncaring and wanted even more money even though I was told I could cancel in January. Lesson learned, I will never do business with you again and will be sure to warn anyone I know about your shady practices. It's obvious you do not care about the pets. Once you have someone's bank information, you just want their money. And you're gonna keep taking their money Even after their pet is no longer with them.

I can’t say enough great things about this vet office! I chatted with a vet 3 days ago and they called me today to follow up! I didn’t even realize they would review that kind of stuff! They are always so positive and helpful!

This is pretty much the only place I have taken any pets since the found Dr. Saffel. She cares for my animals as if they were her own. This last time she pulled 2 of my cat's teeth and my cat's health has done a complete 180. She acts like she feels so much better. Will always recommend her and this hospital!
