I’ve never had a bad experience here. Scheduling is super easy via the website. The staff is super friendly and communicative. I’ve been sending my pets here for years now and will continue to do so. Pricing is on par with other places for common services, if not slightly cheaper. Their love of animals is obvious and the staff genuinely cares for your beloved pets as if they were their own.

I feel I've found a forever pet on first visit. All the staff was friendly. Most importantly I did not feel shunned by having a cat that won't allow strangers close to her. They charged a minimal amount to provide a gas anesthesia right in her cage to not traumatize her. They also had reasonable prices. Lastly, they took great time to educate us on our cat's condition and the prices for all the things they were going to do with her. Thanks Big Creek for giving us a place to bring our kitty. We recently had a bad experience and were grateful that we have a place to bring her.

Everyone here was super friendly and kind. This was our first time coming here for something other than grooming. We had a regular vet down the street, but due to time constraints and scheduling, we were unable to make a timely appointment with the first vet. Additionally, our pet received all the necessary care that we would have received at our normal vet, but for probably half the cost of what we are normally charged. I think we'll be bringing all of our pets here moving forward!

I cannot say enough good things about Dr Souders and all of his team at Big Creek! He always figures out what is going on with my cats, often times when no one else can. The entire office provides the absolute best care; they really seem to understand not only what my pets need, but what I value as well. 6/5 stars!

I have been a customer at Big creek for 13 years. We moved to Columbus Ohio in 2018 and still travel 2 hours back home to see them. There is no vet like Big Creek and I can never say enough great things about them. They are professional, compassionate one of a kind individuals. They are family and treat our babies like their own!

It’s a great place to take my dog. The staff is very friendly. Everyone was nice to my dog. They were very thorough in figuring out my dog’s needs too. If you’re looking for a vet, this is a good option.
