I personally did not use their service but I called worried about my cat having a blockage and spoke to Mary. She was the most helpful person I spoke to out of over 25 businesses. She gave me recommendations and phone numbers and one led me to successfully helping my best friend. It was an affordable option and the only one at that. Without her my cat would not be laying next to me right now. She is truly an angel and I can not thank her enough. She also wanted an update as if it was her own animal. Will be paying her a visit this week to show my gratitude. 10/10 service for someone who wasn’t able to even use their business

A couple of things that have left a negative impression on me. My sweet dog of more than 16 years had to be euthanized. She was old and suffering. This was one of the worst times of my life. I never received anything as far as condolences from West Park. I recently adopted a puppy. She needs a puppy checkup and not only couldn’t I see the doctor of my choice but I couldn’t see any doctor for more than 5 weeks. I need her checked for worms and other serious conditions adopted puppies may have. I think this is ridiculous. I’m not a new client, I’ve been taking my dogs to this clinic for years. Big new facility but poor customer service. I made an appointment with another vet within a couple of days. Disappointing.

I recently lost my son Zeus ( 10.5 Bernese Mountain Dog & Mastiff) to cancer. The staff at West Park were great. I have never been through this before and the entire team was amazing. if I do get another animal I will definitely bring them here. thank you all!

My dog had a surgery Thursday on his eye lid. The clinic I took him to was closed over the weekend and he ripped open his stitches on Saturday. It was an extremely stressful situation and I’m thankful that not only were they open, but they were nice, accommodating and worked with me to fix up my pup. I don’t know what I would have done without them helping. I’m so beyond grateful for them and the vet who took care of dodger. Also, this hospital is very very clean and comfortable for a vet office. Thank you!!!!!!!! Dodger thanks you too ♥️

We haven't been able to take our rescue pit to a vet due to his anxiety and behavior even when we try to sedate him for over 2 yrs. We had brought him here as an emergency situation. Im so glad we did. They were so awesome and tolerant with our baby that we now have a regular vet for any and all our pet needs. They are truly a blessing and we're so thankful for the help they provided.

I brought my dog here 2 years ago because of some issues. They stated the issue was because of his leg. They stated my dog needed surgery and I paid 3k. A year later my dog has that same issue but more severe and then this placed stated I needed to pay 4k to see a neurologist that I couldn't afford. My dog got worse and died soon later. This place misdiagnosed my dog all for money instead of actually addressing the real issue earlier. My dog paid the ultimate sacrifice with his life for these peoples greed. The other reviews are correct when they say this place focuses on money and not actual care. Would not recommend this place at all; they will kill your pet.
