The owner and all the staff are incredibly helpful and knowledgeable! When I was fostering a puppy and felt overwhelmed (to say the least) they were a guiding force, allowing me to keep fostering dogs. Their years of expertise in dog nutrition, training and merchandise - show brightly through their deep love for animals. Favorite pet store in the Bay Area for sure! I wish I could give them more than 5 stars ✨ 👏🏻💗

I decided to check out The Animal House when looking for a local pet store that supplies freeze dried raw food for my kitties. The employees were very helpful with assisting me to find the right food and I got to meet their cats and dog that occupy the store. My cats love their new food and I got them a catnip toy that they are obsessed with. Thanks again and I found my new favorite pet store! 😊

Incredible staff and service. They are very knowledgeable and supper trustworthy with any advice. They only sell what is good and well sourced. Thank you for being a great support throughout my journey with my first adopted kitten! My go to store for everything needed for my furry little one. Even if the item is not available or they don’t sell it at the store, they guid me where to go to find good options.

Very cute neighborhood pet supply store! I was shopping for a gift for a friend who just got a dog. The employee was super helpful. He asked me questions about the breed and size of dog and asked what kind of activities the owners like to do. He gave wonderful recommendations for a variety of price points and even got specific around the dietary needs for poodles! My friends absolutely love the gift and their dog loves it too. Highly recommend this spot and look forward to coming back again!

Ill never go to a different pet store if i can help it! The owner is so kind and personally has tried and recommends every single product they sell. My dog is a picky eater and she personally walked us around the store and explained each food, where its sourced, the nutritional value, and which one she recommends for him. When he didnt like it, she exchanged it for free. She is incredibly knowledgeable about senior dogs and has genuinely recommended products that changed his quality of life for the better. Every staff member is so kind and welcoming. I talk up the shop to anyone who asks ( and sometimes when they dont)
