I am amazed. Not only is everyone there so professional, but they’re also so friendly. A balance that I welcome with open arms. My cat, Serenity, had some issues that required her to stay there for a day and overnight. Dr. Keb went absolutely above and beyond, as she set alarms to call me before I went to work and to work around my schedule. This is something she did not have to do, but still did. I’ve never seen such care put into not only my cat, but into communication. Desk staff are also so delightful and always so fun to chat with! I’ll never go anywhere else!

I’m always skeptical when a place has a perfect rating but honestly this place deserves it. Everyone is so kind and accommodating and it’s very affordable. We were worried about our cat Luna after she ate something she shouldn’t have and they got her in for an appointment within an hour of me calling and she’s back to feeling like herself.

This is the best vet office I have ever been in my entire life. I just moved to the area and have been there twice. The first time we unfortunately had to say goodbye to my dog, but the staff was so caring and just absolutely phenomenal. I will never forget their kindness and words of comfort. The second was an annual with my cats. It was also a great experience! Any questions they answered and gave suggestions. Even though my home will be an hour away, I will still go here because Dr. Birch and the staff are just that amazing. This is the place to take your pets.

Recently moving from New York to Charlotte was a huge change for me & my 9 month old puppy Junie. Junie has had her fair share of tummy issues & Dr. Laspina has been so quick to help & has consistently calmed my nerves each and every time. She is so kind, professional, & consistent. We are so thankful to have her close by! & Junie loves her belly rubs from the lovely receptionists!

Commonwealth has been such a wonderful vet hospital for my 15 year old lab. Dr. Fisher is so friendly, warm, compassionate, knowledgeable and professional. She is so attentive to making my senior dog feel comfortable, she welcomes questions, listens to concerns and is a pleasure to work with. Her vet techs are equally wonderful! Highly recommend!

They always get us in at a moments notice, welcome us in with a smile, and provide the best care. Dr. Birch is exceptional - she takes the time to listen to my concerns, ensures the best course of action, and emails results promptly. The best vets in Charlotte. Highly recommend!!
